Things to do in Granbury
As one of Granbury's newest attractions, the Silver Saddle Saloon brings back the old west flair with period costumes and bar scene. Their ice cream varieties are extensive with some interesting local flavors. Kids are welcome for the ice cream parlor, the upstairs reserved for bar patrons. TVs play for those interested. Plenty of free parking available. If you're strolling The Square in Granbury, this is a great place to kick back for a dessert or drink.

I have never been to this Chili's, and it's been years since I've been to any of their restaurants. Unfortunately, it will be a long time before I return. My burger was way overcooked and nothing special, although the fries were good. My wife's chicken tortilla soup was too spicy, even after adding sour cream. Granted, "too spicy" is a very individual term, but she could only stomach 1/3 of it. Even though our waiter was over-tasked, he was very cordial and did his best to keep everyone happy. Lots of folks were there and all seemed happy, so perhaps we were just unlucky.
Welcome to PARADISE. Coastal tacos with a Texas twist. We use smoked meat with family recipes. Come in & relax or take your food & frozen daiquiris TO GO!
You can choose from pork, brisket, chicken or fish on corn or flour tortillas. These are the absolute best tacos. They cook their own meats. Limited indoor seating. Outdoor seating available during great weather. Beer and daiquiris are served. There must be 20 different daiquiri flavors. Must try this place if you are in Granbury.
Had drinks and several different appetizers with friends. Did not order any entrees. Wait staff was great and alcoholic drinks were good. Sat outside near the water. Watched boats on the lake and fed leftover french fries to the ducks. Fun atmosphere!
This hidden gem is located in the heart of Granbury, Texas just off the historic square on Lambert Street. Bob's Off the Square is a full service bar and grille. Relax and enjoy the chill vibe of our front patio, watch your favorite sports team on TV at t
Celebrating a friends birthday with a âpub crawlâ. Ended up last stop at Bobâs Off The Square. None of us had been before so why not right? Somewhat disappointed. Donât get me wrong, itâs a cute small place. There was live music which was alright. However, if you go, there are a couple of things to know:Get there EARLY to get comfortable seating. The bar stools and table seating is THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE I have EVER experienced anywhere!!! No seriously!!!! Itâs awful!!!!! Iâm fairly certain you want your patrons to be comfortable so they will sit and spend money. Secondly, I asked for a beer and they asked if I had a card to put âon fileâ like many bars do. What they failed to mention is they also put a $25 hold on your card! Iâve seriously NEVER experienced that one time at any other bar Iâve visited. Iâve been to many across the nation. Needless to say, I was shocked when I was going through my bank account today and saw the pending charge. Especially when I paid CASH as I left the establishment. Third, the attention of the server(s) is in need of training. The server was told that another of our party wanted to pay cash, but they charged the card, dropped the ticket and left. Service was slow and again, inattentive. Not sure a return visit is in the future at this time.
