We were in town for a few days and wanted to eat barbecue. I found this place using Trip Advisor. It was a good choice. We were worried when we arrived for dinner and there were only 2 other tables with customers. The ribs and brisket were delicious. The service was good and all employees were exceptionally kind to us. Recommended !!

We held my parents' 60th wedding anniversary party here and the entire experience with this group was truly amazing! David was wonderful and made the pre-planning so easy. They were able to handle a party of 200+ with ease and the cost was very reasonable. The brisket, sausage, chicken and sides received RAVE reviews from our guests. It was delicious and portions were plentiful. The servers and wait staff were so nice and friendly. The historical nature of the building in and of itself was a conversation point and there is just SO MUCH to see - antiques from the ages in an old railroad station warehouse in a historical (and quickly revitalizing) part of town. Our overall experience was fantastic and I will definitely go here to eat again when I can sit and relax and enjoy it. Worth a visit if you're in Corpus Christi! We want to thank you for hosting your anniversary party with us, it was a fantastic event!

Good and consistent BBQ -- well portioned, reasonably priced, carved on the spot. The place is dated but clean, the staff are incredibly nice, and the meats are tasty. As you'd expect however from a buffet-like setting the sausage and brisket are dry and hard, not juicy and tender as is found in really good Texas BBQ restaurants (see my earlier review on one please). The process at BarBQ Man: Similar to building a Subway sandwich, you order from a case, they pull the meat out from the warming display and cut it onto a dish, vegetables and sliced Wonderbread are added to the plate, you pay at the register, and you are handed a cafeteria-style tray to retrieve your "fixings" and find a table. One advantage is that the place is minutes from the airport.

We tried it all ... pot stickers, egg rolls, beef and chicken bulgogi and don Katz's - all delicious. Not fond of styrofoam it is served in but delish anyway.

BBQ was perfect. Their sides are always great too. Potato salad and coleslaw-don't visit without tasting!
