I stopped in on a Friday night on my way through town. My cheese enchiladas were really good. The server checked on me regularly but the food took forever to come out. I don't know if this is a regular thing or not. I would definitely try it again because the food was excellent.

Wow! Wish we had tried this place sooner! Not fancy, but the food is handmade & oh so good.Patty melt was big & juicy. Hubby had breakfast for lunch and everything was wonderful. Folks at next table had the pork chops (yes, two came with the meal), those chops were so big & thick!Young lady that waited on us was so sweet & very attentive with refilling our glasses & serving.The owner/chef came out & made sure we were all happy with our food choices & everyone gave a big thumbs up!This is a wonderful West Texas cafe & a hidden gem. Yum!

Tried Amole's the night before Thanksgiving as I was spending the night in Sweetwater. There were a lot of cars parked outside so that's usually a good sign. It was a good choice as the food and service was very good. I had the quesadillas and they were like no others I have had. One was ham, one beef fajita meat and they are made with a large tortilla and folded over and not cut into pieces like all others I have had. Can almost pick one up and eat like a taco. Both were very good. I really liked the one with ham.

We were with friends at this local Sweetwater Texas Establishment. This family owned restaurant takes pride in what they serve and willingly tailored their meals to suit individual tastes. The food was superbly prepared, well presented and concern expressed that our needs were satisfied. As I have stated in other reviews of Mexican Restaurants, I am personally not a big fan of this type of cuisine, but the food here was prepared with care and very fresh.
