Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
Definitely a great place to take your Honey. Food was excellent. Waiter Andreas was very knowledgeable and efficient. Get there early because parking is limited. Valet parking takes up most of the space, but not enough Valetâs to park your car. Location is great for walking around and close to all the Addison hotels.

This restaurant came as a highly recommended lunch choice. Many people knew of this restaurant because it was not a traditional Tex-Mex establishment. The dishes were well cooked and the flavors were amazing. The service was good. The appetizers came quickly and were quite tasty. The main courses were large and well prepared. We had the blueberry cake for dessert which was amazing. I donât know much about the other restaurants in this area but I would recommend this for its traditional Mexican cuisine and wonderfully flavored foods.

Good Friday night just before 6p. Easy parking in front. A well-dressed married couple asks for a table. When asked if we have a reservation, and we say 'No," we're escorted through a 3/4 empty main dining room to the low-ceilinged, dark back room. There, nothing but families with small children. When we leave less than an hour later, the main high-ceilinged dining room is maybe 2/3 full with mostly younger patrons and maybe one child. Our food? The Budin Azteca Vegetales was undercooked zucchini chunks surrounding a tasteless, stacked square of tortillas and cheese. My wife's tacos were standard fare. MM is also about the only place in town to charge for a side of corn tortillas ($3 for 4). We passed. Service was attentive. We've been here for years and had great experiences. Now, given the plethora of Mexican restaurants in town, including other Mess Maya locations, we won't be returning to this one.
