At El Capataz, the focus is on creating a new approach to casual dining by incorporating flavors with Latin flair.
I have been to Capataz on many occasions. The food is consistently good, the staff is great, and they always have a great local beer selection. You have to try their orange, tamarind, bacon wings. These things are probably the best wings I've ever had.

I had the anything and everything salad with steak instead of chicken, wife had grilled shrimp skewer with grilled veggies and sweet potato., and daughter had kids rib plate. My salad was great as usual, wife's shrimp was dry and NO flavour at all bit everything else good. Cosmos Bar & Grill in Laredo, Texas stays on top of all the cutting edge trends while maintaining a traditional menu. Our style is creative, innovative and provides a fun atmosphere.
Not a good place for a vegan but my husband had the Ahi Tuna salad and said it was the best he had ever had. We were there on Mother's Day and they gave each mother which was very nice. One issue, there were 10 of us and 9 got their food and the last one took another 10 minutes. That should never happen. But, everyone enjoyed their meals and cocktails.
