What a bust this meal was!We were staying in Goliad and drove to Victoria for lunch. I ordered the Lasagna with vegetables and salad. "With vegetables" meant the lasagna had cooked shredded carrots in it! It was also served with side of buttered potatoes. Just not my kind of lasagna. Meal came with one trip to salad bar. Tiny salad bar.Hubby had Sauerkraut and Sausage which was 3 thin and small slices of sausage on a mountain of sauerkraut!

havent found anything I dont like at Grandy's Restaurant. The fried chicken is fresh and large pieces. Recently had the pot roast dinner and found it very good, like home cooking.

Our first stop for food after a long drive. Not many cars in the parking lot should have been a hint. Walked in the door and found it to be freezing. We were directed to he a seat anywhere, but may have had two dining rooms. Place settings hadn't been set out, got my own off another table. It took a long time to get the food. I ordered one of the skillet (chicken) meals. It was tasty, but the broccoli was a little overdone. Husband ordered a club sandwich; one of the slices of bread was burnt. Initially he saved it for a leftover late night snack, but threw it away because of the burnt toast. Could not leave soon enough to get warmed up.
