I enjoyed lunch at Chop Chop in Eagle Pass, Texas. We had the spring rolls with dipping sauces, and shrimp ragoons for an appetizer. Then egg drop soup in HUGE bowls. For our meals we had General Tso's chicken and Cashew Chicken. Both entrees were good, but we agreed that the General Tso's chicken was the better of the two. The service was good. We had a really friendly young male waiter (I wish I had gotten his name) that did an excellent job. If you are in the area, try it out.

Eagle Pass has few great restaurants. Jade Place is excellent Chinese food in a town on the border that has no clue how Chinese food should be made. Every dish we've had is great. Original, pure flavour, fresh ingredients, made with care. Sue runs the place and is delightful! Highly recommended.
3. New China Buffet

Monday evening, we decided to have dinner China Buffet, arrived and found the food cold, many tables dirty and children literally running around, taking food without parental supervision and nothing said. We have no problem with children, however, running when you are trying to eat is disruptive and rude. This was our second and last visit!!!
