A must stop if in Palestine , Texas !!! The ribs were to die for !! Yes they were !!I was there to visit my other Mother in a nursing home . Family suggested Shep's BBQand I am soooo glad they did. Please do not make the mistake to try this outstanding BBQ by what you see. No, it is not a fancy building but you miss out on the BEST DARN BBQ EVER and excellent service to boot. Shep's will always be a must stop for me !! ENJOY FOLKS , YUM YUM .

So Iâve heard great things about Bishops for years but ventured into there for the first time tonight. In one word âwow!â I had the 16 ounce ribeye - it was amazing. Quality meat, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.My wife had the brisket stuffed baked potato - also awesome.Ambiance is a quaint small town cafe venue (kinda weird - in a mall but donât let that scare you away). The service was incredible - genuinely kind and helpful staff.I waited way too long to try this place - donât make the same mistake!

We had brisket, ribs, green beans, cole slaw and potato salad. Ribs so tender they will melt in your mouth.
