Big John's may look much from the outside but don't let that fool you. It's a very comfortable atmosphere inside with super friendly service, not to mention the food, which is absolutely great. I hade the 3 smoked meats with BBQ sauce, coleslaw and potato salad served with toasted bread. The portion was abundant so I had to get a to-go box. I had the rest for breakfast, Yummee. I'll definitely be back as I'm now working in the area. Like most of the establishments in the area Big John's does not serve alcohol.

If you are traveling on 1-20 you will need to take a short drive to the south side of town but there is a nearby Walmart gas station nearby which will help you save on gas and pay for some barbeque. I found Dickeys to be clean, the staff helpful and the food to be very good. I can recommend this restaurant and I will return again.
