My wife and I had a gift certificate to use at Fish and Camaron so we took advantage of that this past Friday (March 10, 2017) evening. I had put the address into my GPS to navigate to the restaurant. When the GPS said that we had arrived, we could not locate the restaurant. We actually drove passed the restaurant, then turned around and my wife spotted it. It is located in a "strip" center with a couple of other medical field related business. It was very hard to find; however, we found it and are glad we did. The restaurant itself is very small with limited seating, but please don't let that stop you. And I will say, the Chips were very good! They almost looked like fried plantain chips. They were not greasy or hard to eat at all. Sometimes you get chips that act like you are biting into leather, but not these. You can also determine and choose what Salsa(s) you want with your chips. For starters, we ordered Chips and Salsa and the Vuelve A La Vida cocktail. The Chips were very good! They almost looked like fried plantain chips. They were not greasy or hard to eat at all. Sometimes you get chips that act like you are biting into leather, but not these. You can also determine and choose what Salsa(s) you want with your chips. The Vuelve A La Vida cocktail consisted of a cup full of your choice of Ceviche or Shrimp (which ours came with both) with their signature cocktail sauce, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, diced avocado, and olive oil. This came recommended by a friend and it was REALLY GOOD!I could not decide what I wanted for my entree, so I went with what my wife ordered for herself, the Fish Sandwich and I am so glad that I did!! This was one of THE BEST fish sandwiches I have ever eaten from anywhere! It was simple; two fried fish pieces (more like patties but not rounded, your choice of fried or grilled) served on a warm bun with lettuce and tomato. I asked one of the workers when she walked by what type of fish they use and she said Swai. The fish was so flaky and tender, it just melted in your mouth with each bite. Both pieces were thick; however, was not tough at all to the bite. Fish and Camaron may be known for their tacos, but you cannot go wrong with the Fish Sandwich. It was DELICIOUS!!The restaurant is a drive for us; however, was well worth it!! If you are out in the area or live in The Woodlands and have not tried Fish and Camaron, then what are you waiting for? You won't be disappointed!

Cyclone Anaya's Mexican Kitchen is a family owned restaurant serving made from scratch gourmet menu items. Celebrating 50 years of world class service.
Food was great. We both had the Chilaquiles. I added the brisket to mine and it was delicious and tender! Chips and salsa were great as well. Coffee had a unique flavor that I liked and Iâm a coffee snob. I did order a poinsettia which is similar to a mimosa but with cranberry. I did not receive it, and I believe itâs because the waiter was so busy. He was very polite and helpful, and didnât charge me for the drink, so I can overlook that!We would definitely come back, although we are from out of town, we come to the Woodlands at least twice a year.

The ambiance of the restaurant and views are pleasant to take in while dining. The staff was friendly and food delicious. The skewers of chicken, shrimp and steak mixed with vegetables were delicious. Would go back to try a different dish if in the area.

My brother, my grandson, and I stopped late on a Saturday night for a quick dinner. The tacos were good, not extraordinary. The service was okay. The margaritas were pretty good. The ambiance was okay. I think if you want some tacos on the cheap and fast, this is a good place to stop in. I would go there again in a pinch.

We visited Casa Medina for lunch on a Saturday & we were seated right away. I asked for a lunch menu & was told that the lunch menu wasn't available on Saturday. I told him that the website states that lunch specials are... "Available 11:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Saturday". He said the website needs to be updated but they honored the lunch menu & we appreciated that. The service, portions & prices were very good. Unfortunately, the food was average.

Inspired by long days on the Gulf, late nights on the ranch, and the colorful creations of our abuela, our family's Kitchen & Cantina brings together the rich foods and traditions we grew up with on both sides of the border.
Real Tex-Mex, with combo plates of the usual tamales and tacos...but also interesting variations like Goods Co. Seafood's avocado-heavy seafood cocktail and mini-empanadas. Fast, friendly service. A little noisy due to the large number of customers--and we were there a little early on a Tuesday evening. The place to bring out-of-towners for real Texas cooking.

Chipotle pork ribs, the beef & shrimp grill & the root beer here will make you come back for more! Look out for Carlos, he's the man that can suggest you options if you're undecided and wondering what to eat. Typical Mexican decor, ambience and for those wanting a home feel, they'll sing your birthday song in Mexican if you're planning on cutting your birthday cake there. Ideal for families with children, ample parking and great Mexican food!

I had a luncheon meeting with a colleague at Guadalajara in The Woodlands. This is a nice Tex-Mex restaurant that has plenty of parking. The service personnel were outstanding - very friendly and attentive. The food, however, was not as good as the service and the ambiance, and what we got was inconsistent with the price we paid.
