When an establishment makes their own tortillas, they typically make their flour tortillas only and have the corn tortillas shipped in. Not Taqueria El Toro! And their in-house corn tortillas are superb. Second visit to try their tacos was earlier this week, and they did not disappoint. Street-size tacos with generous asada and pollo with grilled onions and cilantro. So good I had to bring one home to my wife. We will be back! ...may try their home made flan next time.
We walked over here from our hotel and stopped in because the sign attracted us. It's kind of standard fast-food taco food, but it seems like the ingredients were of very high quality. The place seemed clean. Smelled good. The food came up quick, it was tasty, hot, and the girl behind the counter was very personable. We left full and happy. What more can you ask for.

Mi Cocina, located in Sundance Square, is a delicious upscale Mexican restaurant. My family and I stopped in for dinner on our recent vacation to Fort Worth. Needless to say, we were very impressed! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Prices were reasonable. The service was terrific and best of all, the food was phenomenal. I loved their chips, salsa, cheese dip, and enchiladas! It was one of the best Mexican food meals weâve ever ate and we eat Mexican food several times permonth. If you are in downtown Fort Worth, I highly recommend Mi Cocina.
Stopped in on our way to a ball game. It was not what I expected. The service was outstanding. Servers were very attentive and courteous. The food was excellent. Wifeâs taco salad was huge and delicious. My combo of enchiladas and taco was simply as good as any I have eaten. Large portions. Just a really well run restaurant with authentic Mexican chefs. And, the free soft ice cream was a nice finishing piece.

beautiful setting. Worst fajitas I ever had. Cold, tasteless and completely dry beef and chicken... burned vegetables...ugh!

We were staying at the hotel next door, and just walked over for a beer. We went right to the bar where there was plenty of room, however people wanting to eat were waiting up to 30 minutes for a table. Although we only had beers, the service at the bar was very good, and the staff was very friendly.

Real Mexican food is a feast for the senses. From colorful peppers to the sounds of sizzling fajitas all the way to that incredible flavor. Each mouthful is just as much a result of the freshest ingredients as it is a result of the chef's expertise. Abuel
We were a large group, and the service was good. Most of the group enjoyed their dinners, I thought the Durango Burrito was mediocre. The chips are unsalted and fragile, so it's hard to dip salsa. Of the three salsa that are served, one is just tomato, the Verde has just a touch of heat, and the "hot" was barely warm (and none are flavorful). I wouldn't choose to return here. There must be better Mexican food here... So close to Mexico!
This place is attached the Fuel City gas station but has a nice covered outdoor seating area and a little seating bar inside too. The menu is limited but they make authentic tacos and they are really, really good and really cheap at less than $2 a taco. However before you go know they take cash only, and the wait for tacos can be very long.

Crispy Fish Taco (grouper), Seared Fish Taco (also grouper), and Cancun Taco (gulf shrimp) were all excellent. I would have got the other two shrimp tacos, but I was full. The service was on point from the go, and my server Staphany was excellent. I would eat here again - in fact I may eat here again tomorrow night!
