We ordered a pizza and salad. When I asked her for a clean napkin (it had pizza sauce on it). She rolled her eyes at me, never brought it so I went to an empty table and grabbed my own. We didnât want to ask for any thing else because we didnât want her doing anything to our salad or pizza I would never go back there again. Hi Ann. I have spoken to your server. Sandra, who has worked for the company for 4 years, did not hear you ask. Otherwise, she would have absolutely given you a napkin. I only ask you to give her the benefit of the doubt. While you suggested 'something' would have been done to your food if you asked for anything is offensive. Your suggestion that a career service industry worker would tamper with food when she is performing her job is awful. A request for a napkin that she did not hear, which again, I'm asking you to acknowledge her point of view, does not rise to the accusation that your food would be tampered with. She is working today, if you would like to come in and speak to us face to face, please do. I would love to settle this matter and for you to talk with her to see what kind of person she is.

Needed a good beer and wanted to try something localish. Fredricksburg is known for it's German roots. Can't pass up a chance to grab an Oktoberfest selection draft. Had plenty of food packed in to-go containers. Quantity per serving is good. Wall decor is nice touch. Good atmosphere.

Fredericksburg Brewing Company is the oldest brewpub in Texas and has been proclaimed by numerous publications as the "Best in Texas" with their brews winning awards in both U.S. and international competitions. This internationally known establishment not
My family and I often ate at FBG brewary despite the difficulty parking on Main St. When I was there last spring, I ordered one of my favorite meals, the pork stew served over mash potatoes, but was disappointed as there was little meat, mostly mushrooms and gravy. If I were a vegan, I would have been happy, but I really like meat, veggies and potatoes.

We picked the Buffalo Nickel when the place we want to go to was closed. Really wish we would have read the reviews first and avoided this place. The atmosphere is ok and so is the food, but the service was horrible! We asked multiple times for water and never got it and our order came out incomplete. Prices were SO HIGH we decided to forgo drinks and split a meal. I expect to pay a premium in Fredericksburg, but their prices are ridiculous, especially given that the food is average and service is lousy. There are lots of better choices for food around here at a much better value.

Silver Creek and Restaurant was absolutely fantastic. You could eat indoors or out; Outside had a live band playing. The waitress was very nice and always there to serve us when we needed something. The food was terrific. I had the Pork Medallions which I highly recommend to anyone. Great place...you canât go wrong.

Went here on a whim for my wife's birthday. It was the perfect choice. On the west end of Fredericksburg, with plenty of parking and a couple of options - quiet dining, or music and saloon. We haven't tried a weekend yet (we've heard loud and busy), but for mid-week dining (and some good music), this place is hard to beat. There are some great specials, most of the plates are more than large enough to split, and the service is phenomenal. I had the Wednesday special (10 oz prime rib), cooked exactly how I like it and some of the best beef I've had in a while. A lot of good veggie options - I went with the Brussels sprouts, the wife went with mushrooms. Both were excellent. Save room for dessert - the peach pie with ice cream, or the fried strawberries with both pistachio and salted caramel ice cream were very good. We made reservations, and did not have to wait for a table. This will become a regular spot.Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are so happy you enjoyed your experience & can't wait to serve you again!

Some of the best pizza we have had. Ordered the Spicy Italian and it did not disappoint. Also had a spinach salad with apples & pecans...delicious! We had a fantastic waiter that helped with suggestions. He was awesome. We were visiting for a few days...wish this place was closer to home. Bonus - 1/2 price large pizzas in Monday & Tuesdayâs.

Locals and bikers know about and venture there to this out-of-the-way restaurant. Food sizings are ample. An order of onion rings or fries are too much for one person. My burger was cooked to medium rare, just as I wanted. A fellow traveler ordered his well done and it came that way. Place is busy. Service was very good, food came in reasonable time frame despite restaurant being almost full. There is outdoor and indoor dining available. Not a fancy restaurant, mostly nostalgic decor. Food was very good. There's a 6 patty cheeseburger w/ large fries challenge available. If you can eat in an hour, it's free - otherwise $38.00. I wouldn't even come close. Live music on Friday and Saturday evenings.
