My business group ate at Pie Tap not once, but twice during our annual meeting conference in Dallas. The pizza dough is prepared over a 96 hour period and has an incredible, authentic taste. You can order your own masterpiece and they will build it for you. They will bring it to you with love and with the libation of your choice. I recommend the coffee porter. Also, they offer doughnut holes made from their pizza dough and dusted with suger that are to die for, when paired with their Dallas honey dip. This place is worth the visit, and more than once if you are in town for a few days.

Its been several years since I last visited, and this will be my last. The service, noise level was beyond the point of having a conversation with my friends. The quality of the food was average, not anything worth remembering. I will not return.

I had the chicken salad yesterday at Hillstone. It was phenomenal! Fresh greens, grilled corn, jicama, tomatoes, tortilla strips and cilantro with a vinegrette dressing and peanut sauce. Unbelievably good! We alsoGot sides (for the kids, you know) - delicious French fries and the best beans and rice Iâve ever had (the waiter said they were flavored with chocolate - no wonder!)We also had a lovely Sauvignon blanc!Enjoyed it so much!

We're over-the-top impressed with this joint and so glad we landed here when looking for someplace near Baylor Medical Center. The burgers are big and fresh with so many choices, it was hard to decide which variety of toppings we wanted. The fried onion strings and freshly cut fries were plentiful and tasty, too. The only downside is that we live out of town and can't frequent this place more often. Two thumbs up!

I have been fortunate to eat variations of authentic Mexican in Mexico via local dives and fine restaurants. Also, all over the Southwest in Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. E-Bar excelled in food and service. We started with great Queso, warm corn tortillia chips, and zesty red salsa. My wife ordered Soft Tacos with fajita beef and I had Jorge's Tacos. My wife's soft flour taco plate had wonderful fresh lettuce/tomato/onion/cilantro with rice and beans. My Jorge's tacos had 2 fajita beef and 2 shredded chicken tacos with wonderfully grilled crisp corn tortillias, great green salsa, and plenty of the lettuce/tomato/onion/cilantro chopped vegetables. Also on the plate were wonderful refried beans. Our server, Mahlet was absolutely fantastic. We did not have to wait for refills on water and lemon. If I am ever in Dallas for another visit, this will be my first restaurant meal. I am not sure how our meal could have been better.

We arrived in Dallas ahead of the Eagles-Cowboys game. The hotel Shuttle Driver suggested Kenny's for an early dinner at 5:00 pm. This is a very food mid-prices steak and seafood place. The 1 pound crab cake app is the best! We loved the experience so well that we booked an 8:45 dinner reservation the next night. A very busy place for locals. Book early and explore the menu. The service is very attentive and the pace of dinner is comfortable. Love the bread puffs - a staple.
