An older Harts, dinning room was filty, and restrooms were - well I just walked out. Service as poor, they were more interested in their phones and personal conversations then the customers. Had to ask for any specific item I wanted on the buffet, waited so long I just left. I'll avoid this place.

We ordered burgers, fries and drinks to go. Fries were hard, like they had been previously cooked and refried to warm them back up. Greasy and nasty. Burgers were soggy, not seasoned and we got through half before just tossed them inn the trash. My second and now last time to eat at a Carl`s Jr.

We love this place to eat at and eat here frequently. This is a real, functional truck stop! The atmosphere is rugged...worn and tattered...however. ...the food is amazing,Hot and better than you will believe. The food is cooked from scratch and Always excellent and filling. You will see a large number of truck drivers who have found this jewel.Great eat spot.

We had the meatball special tonight and philly cheese sandwich. Both were great. The philly cheese was probably the best I every had. Previously had the gyro, very good. Baklava for dessert was fabulous. Very friendly staff. Location is a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. They would have much more business if the had a better location, you have to be looking for it to find it.

At the suggestion of a friend who was driving, we stopped in at Prasek's Hillje Smokehouse just outside of Sealy, Texas. This place is a delight for meat lovers and foodies. The selection of meat is fantastic, and the variety of other food items is almost overwhelming. The smoked sausage and homemade tamales were wonderful.

The BBQ is the real deal, delicious-! The meats and sides are wonderful, pinto beans and potato salad being my go to. Service is brisk and location great even if youâre just traveling through on the I-10, East or West. A better choice than the normal fast food for sure.
