I love this place...literally stop EVERY time I drive to San Marcos from San Antonio. Great beans, amazing side choices, and best fatty burnt ends in the business. More importantly, their beef ribs are a tiny little pot roast on a stick...nothing short of amazing. Go hungry, leave chubby.

A broke place charging $3.75 for a fancy can of diet coke. $8 for a small draft. Almost $12 for nothing and thats after a 10 minute wait to be served by inept bartenders. I mean it. This place blows. It was painfully terrible. We left and went to another bar. Avoid Thanks for letting us know about your recent experience. We strive to offer delicious food alongside friendly, attentive service and we fell short. We do offer Coke Zero as a fountain drink option if you prefer. We sincerely apologize the staff didn't offer it as a replacement upon ordering. We are passing your feedback along to management so that they can be made aware. Thanks for taking the time to leave a candid review.

His restaurant is housed in the old post office building in New Braunfels. We stopped in for lunch. The outside and inside of this building just ooze history. Hubby had a crawfish poâboy sandwich and I had shrimp and cheesy grits. They were both delicious. If you love seafood this is a must stop while in the area.

Had breakfast on a weekday. It was very busy, but we were able to be seated Immediately. Sarah our server was very attentive. But not obtrusive. My sister ordered the French toast and I had the waffle. Both were so tasty. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I would definitely eat here again.

Upscale Casual with our exciting menu of classic southern cuisine. Most of our ingredients are locally sourced from Texas farmers and brought fresh to your table.
I had lunch with a friend at the River House in Gruene. The menu had many items that sounded delicious - My friend ordered the penne pasta with shrimp and thoroughly enjoyed her meal. I ordered two appetizers- the deviled eggs with bacon jam and the Fried green tomatoes. The eggs were good but the fried green tomatoes were outstanding! The presentation was lovely with the pickled onion adding color as well as taste. The sauce paired beautifully with the tomatoes- this is something I will order again!

Visited whilst passing through, the restaurant is in an old Mill so makes for a pretty unique setting. The food was great, the onions rings are a must! The batter on them is amazing.... The baby back ribs are some of the best I have ever tasted they fall right off the bone! Would recommend a visit if you are in the area!

If youâre reading this review then youâre obviously already interested in eating at Muck & Fuss. Quit wasting time... go now and donât even consider not getting a burger. This was one of those meals where we took the first bite and looked up at each other and high five-ed. Amazing burger patties. Well seasoned and well cooked. Perfectly buttered and toasted bread. Tots and fries are ridiculous. Spicy and regular ranch are top notch. Our waiter was fantastic as well. Our dog made a few friends too. Sorry for the lack of photos. Food was too good. Thank you so much for the amazing review! We are so happy to hear you loved your meal with us. We can wait to have you and your dog back for more amazing food and drinks!

Saturday lunch with family. Excellent service and atmosphere. Each of us ordered different items and all were perfectly prepared and of excellent quality. Flavors were perfect and everything seemed house-made, including salsas, condiments, breads, etc. Wine list was compact but with a solid range of choices. They also have a great list of craft beers. Highly recommend this place for couples, family, friends, lunch and dinner. Well done, Huisache!
