The wine tour was great. We all learned so much. Rick, our guide and wine maker was very knowledgeable. Didn't realize until we arrived that there's a $25.00 per person charge to take the tour. After the tour, we stayed for dinner, kind of wish that we didn't. First off, the first girl that came to our table and rudely informed us that since we had just completed the tour, we couldn't have any more wine for 1 1/2 hours. I can understand the driver, but not everyone else. Right after she left, another girl came to take our drink orders, which we had already given to the first girl. Girl #2 left and shortly after another girl (#3)showed up to take our food orders. We waited a little over an hour for our food to arrive, oh yeah, brought by yet another waitress (#4). Food was okay, but not great. Would have made the food and the wait better if we could of had a glass of wine!Loved the winery thus my rating of four, but the bistro probably deserves a three maybe even a two. I'd go back, but only for the wine!

TX newbies looking for barbecue! For an appetizer, we ordered the spicy fried pickles. They really werenât spicy. We ordered the smoky chicken griller, a cheeseburger, baby back ribs, and the pig man sandwich. Everyone loved their food and our service was most excellent. They werenât busy, and we got seated right away. My picture is of the smoky chicken grillerâroasted chicken, bacon, pepper jack, and secret sauce on Texas toast. There are three different house sauces, and their fries are amazing (and seasoned). Would visit again!

While traveling for business, a colleague and I were looking to grab a quick bite. The Ashen Rose was close by, so we decided to give it a try. I ordered a mushroom, swiss burger that was excellent. I was also happy to find out that they had a couple of ciders on tap, including a terrific Apple/Pineapple combination. The staff was super friendly as well. Should you find yourself in the neighborhood, check out the Ashen Rose.

Just like any other Red Lobster in America. In this area there is no seafood besides catfish so it is food to have Red Lobster here. The place was clean and the staff attentive. Of course prices at Red Lobster are a little high anywhere.

This was my first visit to a Snuffer's. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, and sweet tea. The chicken was hot & tasty with just the right amount of delicious cream gravy. The potatoes had the skin on so you know they're real and were very good. The vegetable medley was fresh and tasty. The sweet tea was just about perfect. The service was friendly. The prices are comparable to other similar restaurants. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well as TV's around the bar area.

Cotton Patch Cafe is a Texas-inspired, home-style restaurant serving Southern classics. Famous for its Chicken Fried Steak, Crispy Fried Catfish and other specials like the King Ranch Chicken Casserole, and homemade Chicken and Dumplings. Don't forget abo
Our party of four arrived just after 11 am on Sunday, March 31st, hoping we would beat the crowd. We were glad we did, because the place got quite busy about the time the churches let out. Between us we had fish tacos, chicken strips, chicken fried steak and the fish & shrimp combo. Each of us enjoyed our respective meals and 2 of us had to get "to go" boxes!! I particularly enjoyed my Caesar Salad - delicious. The portions were very generous. While I would not say the waitstaff was very professional, they did get the job done and were very pleasant & friendly. We will be returning to the Cotton Patch.

There is not another Terry's Place. Great burgers and fries! You are not paying for atmosphere here, but there is plenty of atmosphere here!Fast, friendly service and great food at rock bottom prices. I have eaten here since 1984 when I arrived in Greenville. Terry Palmore hasn't run the place in years, and at least three different couples have run the place since he left. But the quality has always been incredible. Warning! If you come at noon parking is hard to find. Get here a little early or a little late. Dinner parking is no problem. Hours are 10:00 am - 7:00 pm M-F and 10:00 am - 3:00 pm on Saturday. Closed Sunday. No snobs allowed; you wouldn't like it anyway! Stay on the highway, spend a lot more money if you are looking for fancy. Snuffer's is where you would be happy. Just good, plain folk eat here.

We stopped in to celebrate my daughter's birthday and our granddaughters birth and enjoyed a great meal as with other cracker barrel restaurants. The price was modest and the meal was sufficient. Oh, and can't forget about the cornbread, it was fantastic. The service was great. One of the managers was even helping bussing tables to get people in and out. It was very busy, but we didn't have to wait but a few minutes for a table for 8. The staff doesn't help you sing happy birthday, but they don't mind if you do, and even gave my daughter a free dessert. We'll be back, next time in town.

CBâs is a local go to as evidenced by the massive line! Get there and get a seat. Try the philly cheese or their version with salsa called the Texas cheese! Burgers are great. Seating is limited and very busy. Yummy!
