This is a pretty good place to take the family for barbecue. It is clean, the employees are engaging and the portions are good. Two sides are included when you order a plate meal and most of the sides are self serve so you can load up if your starving. You can also order fried okra for an extra charge. There are waitresses that will bring fresh hot baked bread to your table and you can order cobbler and ice cream if you have a sweet tooth and still have room. I can also recommend the ribs. Is this the best barbecue I have ever tasted? No. Is it a solid choice for barbecue in a family friendly environment? Absolutely! One other observation, they do a good job hiring, training and focusing local high school students. I can recommend this restaurant and I will return again.
I liked this place from the start. You can smoke in there.. so I loved it. Good burger. As good as you get at a fancy high priced burger place by the mall. Great place to sit and relax, play a game, shoot some pool or sing some kerokie.. ( Not for me, but available) good drinks and good staff.
I generally prefer not to go to restaurants in strip malls but I'm glad I did this time ! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and welcome ... This is already starting off well in my book . Anyway my husband ordered pizza and I had the menudo as take out... We were encouraged several times to sit down even though it was takeout . Anyway long story short my husband raved about the pizza and i ate that 32ozs of menudo in 1 sitting ! It reminded me of the menudo I used to have while visiting the Yucatan peninsula ( Merida and Chetumal) . The young man said its his mom's recipe .. This menudo is generously filled with tripe and hominy ... It's made fresh everyday and served every day too ...Well since that fist visit We've had more menudo , more pizza and let's say too we are not going to be eating wings at Wingstop anymore either .. Their wings were delicious too! Btw they will spice up their wings to your tastebuds too ! Soooo good! I was told by another customer that they have fantastic hamburgers .., that's next on my list to try . So i highly recommend this gem ! No more Wingstop or dominoes or Pizza Hut for us! This place has it all and with warm friendly atmosphere ! Very reasonable too !
order my livers and gizzards and food was hot but for the price I felt cheated, I ordered the 6 livers & gizzards thinking it was 6 of each, well it wasn't I only received 2 livers & 5 gizzards they were good but not enough for the price I paid.

We ate here on a very busy Sunday in the early afternoon. We had chicken fried steak and fish and chips. Both were very good and tasted as expected. This is a great place to have country style southern food, We will definitely go back. The service was excellent.

Love the 1/2 chicken and the smoked sausage. Great cowboy beans and potato salad but not impressed with their green beans. Aldo love their banana pudding. Been here over 20 times eat in, to go, and drive thru and always good fast friendly service and great food.

Babes is a special place. The menu is limited to fried chicken, chicken strips, and chicken fried steak. These all come with a great salad, rolls, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Food taste and quality was excellent. You had better bring your appetite! Service was great. The main seating area can be crowded and noisy, If you want a quieter meal, ask to be seated in the "library". It is a beautiful room, the round tables have a turntable in the center which makes passing dishes easy. Some folks complain about the cost, but it is definitely worth it in my opinion. Parking can be a problem but it is worth the walk if necessary.

Food is always good, hot, and fresh. There is usually a wait but that is because they make everything fresh. Ice cold beer plus a cool atmosphere makes for a great time.

ENjoyed a late night meal at Nicky Dâs. THey close at 8:00 pm.and they waited for us to get there after playing in a Pickleball tournament. WOW... I ordered the combination 1/4 #er with avocado and Jalapeño jack cheese so boring with the most amazing onion rings. I I will be back just for the onion rings! They were sliced thin just the way I like them and tasty, Crispy and canât wait to have more! The burger was served hot on a crisped buttery bun. How amazing can this be??? Staff was very nice and we were allowed to go in the back room for a private party!! Keep up the great work.

Solid country-style breakfast served quickly by friendly servers. Bottomless coffee. This location in Burleson seems much less crowded then the Mansfield location. Don't "walk your check" here (or anywhere) as Our Place will put you on Facebook blast. Additionally - plenty of men in blue eat here that are also interested in your life of crime. ;)
