First, let me start off by saying how awesome the Managing Partner Aaron Nilson was to us. My family of 12 and I were celebrating my sonâs 11th birthday. We original planned on going to Texas Roadhouse down the street from Outback. That was our first mistake. They wouldnât seat us together and the whole point was to celebrate AS a family. My sister called Outback Steakhouse. She asked them if they could seat 12 together. They said, yes we can. We get there and the hospitality was incredible. Aaron the Managing Partner came over and greeted us. We thank him for seating us together. My dad went on to explain how the other restaurant wouldnât help us. Aaron and his staff were more than willing. I know itâs tough on a Friday night with a party of 12. I really appreciate all he did. They went the extra mile. A sweet server comes out and serves us mini appetizers right there in the waiting area. It was awesome since we had 6 kids with us. Then Aaron came over and told us to pick 2 appetizers on the house for when we get to our table. We were floored by the customer service and professionalism. Our servers name was Lyric. She did an incredible job! We didnâtâ have to ask for anything. The food was wonderful!!! . If you have had a bad experience in the past. From what I understand they are under new management. I would definitely given them another chance. Only thing I regret is leaving my receipt on the table. So I could have taken the survey to give Lyric all 5 stars. I would give Outback Steakhouse, Aaron Nilson, and the staff a 5 plus Stars. Thank you Aaron for saving my sonâs 11th Birthday! Very CleanFriendly StaffGreat Food

We walked in ,they were not busy at all. they ask how many people we said 5 & he didnt even ask if we needed a highchair even though he could see we had a baby. The man walked us to the table, we sat down and waited about 5 minutes before our server came and we had to ask her for a high chair and when she finally brought 1 about 15 minutes later it didn't have buckle that worked so we had to ask for another one and it took another at least 10 minutes and at this point we just got up and left because we didn't even have a chance to order. When you have wiggling 1 year old and you're trying to hold her it's just pointless to try to sit down and enjoy a meal if you don't have a high chair. This is our second time going to any Cheddars and I have had bad experiences both times. Now granted, I could have waited longer the 25 minutes but by that time, usually we would have already ordered at any other place.

Don't pass this place up if you want some good Texas style BBQ! I had the 2 meat plate and enjoyed their brisket and turkey both were moist and savory with a hint of BBQ sweetness.

While on business, we needed a quick lunch/ early dinner. Trip Advisor to the rescue for suggestions! Glad we came! The portions were more than adequate at a great price. This is a local establishment that others use for a meeting place. Very homey with great service. We saw a part of town we had never seen. Glad we stopped!

The food was okay, but the service was inexcusably awful. As seniors, we had previously ordered our dinner selection from that day's lunch menu at other Cracker Barrels (2 sides instead of 3, for a lower price). He categorically told us that this was impossible to do and refused to check with his superiors, even after we asked him to. Our waiter couldn't wait to finish taking our order. He forgot to ask if we wanted biscuits. We had to remind him that he hadn't brought them out, then landed up eating them after we finished our entire meal. If this had been our first experience with this chain, it also would have been our last!

Waitress not real knowledgeable about drinks and beer. Must have been new. Coke flat. No bread with dinners anymore. Watch for upcharges for sides if dont want rice and mixed vegetables. Shrimp brochette good but not value overall with paying for sides other than rice and veggie medley. Pizzas make your own no deal as too muchvextra for toppings. Mod pizza down street better deal for pizza.

As this was my first trip to the USA my family made my last night special by taking me here. Wow! The meals are huge (thank god for take out boxes) and everything was cooked really well. The waiting staff can't do enough for you and when we asked a guy to take a family photo, we found out he was the manager, he cleared off the table first so it didn't look a mess. Yup! I'll be back next year without a doubt!

For over 25 years, Monument Inn has been your destination to share family traditions and special occasions with great food and a great atmosphere! Specializing in fresh Gulf Coast seafood, we've become one of Houston's most popular restaurants. In fact, w
I drove all the way from Pearland for a party. I ordered baked potato soup, salad and calamari appetizer. I did not like the soup. It was yellow, had too many tiny diced potatoes and was tasteless. Very little cheese, sour cream or bacon. The calamari was spicy, salty, very tough, stringy and tasted very seafood. It was overcooked, not fresh & had very little meat. The salad was ok, nothing special. It had one tiny tomato, 2 thin slices of cucumber & iceberg lettuce. My cinnamon roll (their specialty) was ok, but mine did not have the gooey cinnamon in the middle like the others did. Disappointing. Other people in my party liked their meals. I have been here 2 times before and liked what I ordered before. Not sure what the problem was today. They always make a large party that has reservations wait until everyone is there before being seated. Ridiculous!Very sorry that your recent meal was not up to our usual standards. We hope you won't let one off-day ruin other great meals you've shared with us. This won't happen again and we know we can get you another delicious meal in the future. Best,Loreny, Manager

Soup and salad hit the spot but my companions shrimp and grits and chicken spiedini looked real good, too. If we get the opportunity I'm sure we'll be back.

Stopped in on the way to North Padre Island. This place is absolutely incredible! Everything about this place is HUGE!!! The parking lot, plenty of gas/diesel pumps, the inside and the restrooms...omg!!! Their breakfast wraps are great! Light, fluffy, meaty and very filling. Highly recommend stopping in!
