Our family went to Ham's yesterday morning and due to the rain the evening and early morning, the temperature was quite pleasant until the early afternoon. We enjoyed the peach pulled sandwiches yet the potato salad was very bland, however the ice tea was brewed very well. The Pavilion and serving area were clean with ample seating (although probably not for a weekend). We all loved our peach strawberry swirl ice creams! Our there year old grandbabe really enjoyed the trains passing by on the nearby tracks. We even bought him an old fashioned wooden train whistle toy. Yes, he blew it for most of our visit. The store has SO many food items in addition to the fresh peaches which are juicy and delicious. I will take my family back next year.

People rave about Buc-Ee's for their clean bathrooms, fudge and beef jerky. They are not wrong!
We stopped here twice during our week long visit, not just for the bathroom, but because simply put, Buc-Ee's is FUN! They have a food court where you can get custom made sandwiches, wraps and other meals. They have sundries, gum, candy galore, including a ton of private label treats with fun names like Beaver Nuggets (giggle). They have a huge and varied shopping section, with clothes, home decor, toys and more. It's just more than can be described.
If you see a Buc-Ee's, stop in, grab a cart and be prepared to be there far longer than you anticipated.

The ice cream was good-creamy and rich. The service was average. The atmosphere was average also. I would go again.

We had the Friday prime rib special. It was cooked correctly and very good. Salad, bread & baked potato were all very good. Everything was fresh and good. Service was as good as we get. We will return. Prices were very reasonable! Limited deserts.

Great mexican restaurant in the country.
During our trip to Terrell, we decided to stop and eat dinner before we headed back home to Dallas. Upon entering there wasn't much of a crowd but that could be because we arrived at 6pm. There isn't much of an atmosphere but they do have some TVs. There is a small bar that you can order drinks from and my husband said that his Michelada was very good. I didn't care for the chips or salsa; it was cold and a little stale. But our dinner definitely made up for the chips. The food came hot and fresh. I loved my 3 enchilada combo and hubby was very pleased with his Asado de Puerco.

We love going to Napoli's in Terrell because the food is always constantly good, the staff are welcoming and the place is clean and cute. They are very accommodating to special instructions and if you ask for fresh garlic dip when you first arrive, it is wonderful with the fresh rolls. I have never had anything I didn't like, but my favorite is the Franko's Salad and I usually get it with either grilled shrimp, salmon or another fish. We have always be well served by Albert, and Donat, they are both great guys! PS. Love the Tiramisu. Enjoy!

I make it a point to stop in for lunch or dinner anytime I am in the area. Cole Mountain is the place. I know I will always get good food and service. I had the ribeye, baked potatoe and fresh salad (my usual) and my sister had chicken fried steak. Big to-go boxes and we were stuffed. First time I had the fried pickles there. They were lightly breaded and tasted divine. I greatly encourage them if you like fried pickles. I cant wait to be back in that area again, because I will greatly enjoy another steak.

Wonderful food with a big dose of home cooking. Choose from fried fish and chicken to meatloaf that will curls your toes. Fresh rolls and cornbread, a large selection of vegies and deserts. Did I mention the cobbler. This is one of our favorite places to eat In Terrell

I normally wouldn't write a review for a fast food establishment, but the workers at this Schotzsky's went above and beyond. The workers were very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. After ordering I wanted to use my Scholtzsky's reward app that allows you to gain points by scanning your receipt. Upon sitting down I realized that the QR code was not on the receipt. When the lady brought our food I asked her about it and she said they had been having issues with it printing sometimes. She offered to go pull another receipt, but I could see they had a large line forming for lunch. I told her not to worry about it and went on with my lunch. About 10 minutes later this lady came back with a new receipt. Honestly I was floored. It is rare for anyone to go out of there way in most fast food establishments. Not only did she do this on her own initiative, but she did it with kind words and a smile. The food was good, the service better. I highly recommend this restaurant.
