This is a large restaurant offering a wide selection of sushi and sushi rolls. The setting is pleasant, though the restaurant can get pretty busy, as was the case during our Wednesday dinner in late December. The food is good, the portions are generous, and the final tab is quite reasonable. Recommended. As we approached the restaurant in a mall off Poplar and just east of I-240, our son remembered that he had been there previously on a date. Thankfully, he said he had liked it. We started with Squid and Seaweed Salads, both of which were good and larger than what you usually expect, particularly from restaurants in the Washington, DC, area. I ordered the Sashimi Regular, which was quite good. My wife ordered the Monster Roll, which was also good. And, our son ordered way too much food: Blue Ocean Roll, California Roll, Philadelphia Roll, and Chicken Tempura. I tried to help him, but we still ended with a fairly large doggy bag. We were all pleased with our dinner, which we washed down with five Japanese beers. The service was very efficient and friendly, and the tab was very reasonable at just over $110 for the three of us. Would definitely return.

The Hot & Sour soup was delicious. It was as good as our "all-time favorite". The portions were large and our food was good (party of six). The servers very friendly and courteous, but struggled a little. A couple of ingredients on the menu were omitted, but were brought to us when we asked. I know this is a chain, but it is a good one.

First time here and I got food to go. I ordered the lunch special ($7.15) of Kung Pao Shrimp with one Spring Roll (with meat), one Crab Rangoon, one Sugar Biscuit and your choice of rice (Vegetable Fried Rice or Steamed Rice). There was plenty of shrimp in the Kung Pao Shrimp, the veggies were very fresh, rice very tasty, and all other items were good as well. I would consider picking up food from here again.

They have a very extensive menu and are very family friendly. The restaurant is very small however so it wont accommodate a lot of people at one time.

Hands down the best Asian food I've ever eaten. I've had take out, delivery and eaten in the restaurant and the quality was all the same. The wait staff is extremely friendly and food service is fast. The ginger, jalapeno chicken wings are just delicious. Spring rolls, pad Thai noodles, Thai fried rice, avocado peanut roll, ginger dressing salad, miso soup, clear soup, steak and shrimp hibachi---too much else to remember but all were so very good. Can't wait to eat here again.

Another of our go-to places in Germantown. Terrific Chinese food and a nice atmosphere. A good lunch menu selection.I love that we're one of your go-to places, Ken, and that you've always enjoyed our lunch menu. Thanks, and I can't wait to have you by again! Until then, Holly, T, Co-Owner

I usually eat take-out Chinese, but occasionally we like to come here because we love the atmosphere. They serve everything on beautiful dishes. There are water features throughout and soft music playing. The food is always great and the service is impeccable. The last time we ate here our server was quite attentive and polite. He came by just often enough to be sure we had everything we needed. The menu has the usual things you'd expect at a Chinese restaurant, but they are always cooked with great quality and freshness. I don't know what was going on for this place to receive low ratings from some others, but we've eaten their food for years and have always had great food and great service.

You can get any of the usual dishes, including plenty of sushi options. I had chicken tempura and it was okay. Plenty of panko coated chicken strips along with several different kinds of coated and fried veggies. My husband had beef teriyaki which also came with several kinds of vegetables and fruits, all expertly cut into various fun shapes. The soup ad salad was the same we usually get at any other Japanese restaurant.I think a more modern decor would help the experience along since the food is fine, just nothing here that's truly memorable or different to set it apart.
