Don't judge this place from what it looks like on the outside. We took a chance and it was a great choice!!! Everything we tried was really good. Our favorite was the Fajita Hawaiiana. Bean dip was really good too. Salsa bar had great choices. Shrimp burritos was so good. Shrimp and fish tacos were so good. Can't wait to come back here. Definitely a hole in the wall place and from the outside it's not appealing at all but the food was great and the place was very clean.

I had the fajitas. Yummy! Salsa & guacamole was also top notch. Good service. Only complaint is they only provided 2 shells with my fajitas. Thought that was a little skimpy since there was tons of fajita filling...oh, I normally hate refried beans. These were delicious!

We used to frequent this location all the time. Lately though, it really hasn't been good at all. Service was lacking today. We never got a refill on drinks. We also didn't get anymore chips. We will probably start frequenting another Mexican style restaurant in the future.

I went to Mr Papaâs & Beer for dinner with some work colleagues last week. Honestly, it was a little bizarre and the worst meal I had while in Kingsport. The food was mediocre at best, and theyâve lost their liquor license so can only serve beer. In addition, our server was either distracted or disinterested; it wasnât clear. She got a couple of things wrong with the order, but we just let them go. We all laughed, however, when someone entirely different dropped of a fresh basket of chips after we had paid the bill and were preparing to leave.Seems like this place is running on fumes. Wonât be going back.

So clean. The staff is attentive to everybody but hustles to get the lunch crowd served. Limited beer selection and outdoor seating available with cornhole boards.

This has become our favorite Mexican restaurant. The decor is upscale and very clean, not cheap and tacky. The menu is almost unlimited with delicious variety of combinations and tastes. Huge portions and great prices. You won't go away hungry and often will be taking home leftovers. The service is top notch, very friendly staff. Will definitely return!!

This is the best Mexican restaurant! My cousin, John lives in Kingsport and this is his favorite so when we were in town visiting we had to try El Loco Tacoâs. Pollo Roja, a dish with marinated chicken and a delicious sauce made with American cheese was fabulous!!! Highly recommend this restaurant, weâll be back!
