Service took forever here. Then when it came out they forgot two shakes and mis charged me me an extra shake we didn't order. Frozen limeade was somewhat melted and cheese tater tots were not melted very well. Cheese sticks here hot and fresh. Vanilla bean milkshakes were very good and thick. May have been an off day. Will try again to see.

How many times have you found your take out incorrect? After arriving home found not one but three items missing. Receipt had Area Directors Name and phone number. Called his cell, left message. He did not return my call which I consider a lack of professionalism but passed it down to a store employee. My initial assumption that he was interested was incorrect. No thank you Mr. David Rentschler. Employee offered to replace next time I was in. Her assumption is also incorrect.

We order for papa johns a few time every month. The food is really good but a little more then a few other local places, however the food is also a little better too. Drivers have always been nice the only issue I have with Papa John is the parking at this location. Down hill and around to the back of the building just to turn around and get out to what can be a busy street. I solve that by always getting delivery though.

This location just had a remodel and it is very nice. The folks here have always been nice and friendly. Occasionally a drive through order may be wrong but they always make restitution. I only eat breakfasts here (sometimes will get a sundae in the evening) but service has always been good.The food is McDonald's. It tastes the same everywhere. But the folks here make this McD's my choice location.

I ordered a Medium Club on a Sub. It use to b fat and full of meat, well not yesterday. Sub had maybe 1/2â of meat. For the price I was very disappointed. Can get more for your buck around the corner. Saddest thing of all is this has always been my favorite sub shop.We are distraught to hear that our portion sizes and pricing left you disappointed, Valued Guest. I was disappointed in the food. I chose a veggie burrito, which was overloaded with rice, and only had eight black beans and three green pepper strips on it. It was no more than average and reminded me of Qdoba and Chipotle. The atmoshere was as expected. I wanted to check this eatery out but will not go back.

Am on travel and stopped at this Chik-fil-A for lunch. When you first see all the cars in the parking area and in the drive-through in addition to streams of people crossing the road to get to this store (#01235) in Alcoa, TN, you'll think there's going be a wait. Well, there's not! I was in line and had my food within 45 seconds. What an efficient operation but more importantly what a friendly, proficient, and sweet group of employees: outside drive-thru, on-site car delivery, front-end, line, and floor employees--really, really nice. They are all over the place, moving easily and smoothly to greet you, take your order, settle your bill, collect and get your your food. All the while, smiling, talking to you like you're best friends, and making sure you are taken care of. Mr. Frankie Turner is the main man. Kudos to all of you!

I have brought everyone who has ever visited me here in East Tennessee. I have been here to many times to count. This last time I was a bit disappointed. My daughter came and I brought her here for the first time. Our waitress was slow and it took forever to get drinks. We were sat in the back and I dont think she noticed or was told. I ordered the Hog and it came way overcooked almost burnt. My daughter ordered fish and shrimp. The fish was soggy and under cooked. My daughter ate a small piece but it was yuk. By the time the waitress returned to check on us we had decided to go ahead and eat our dinners, all but the fish. Once we were contacted again the fish was taken and removed from our bill it was far to late to reorder it. I get places have bad nights, but it would appear the cooks in the back were not paying attention and the waitress, at least ours, was not paying attention. I will go back here, for sure, I have had many great experiences. But I am putting this one up, so maybe the owners can invite their friends in some night, to secret shop the place. Spend a little time with those cooks if needed your food is what is selling your restaurant. The decor is cool the video loops are cool but its your food that brings us back.We appreciate your feedback and have shared it with our management. We also tried to message you back, and if you donât mind would love to communicate with you there so that we can get a few more details. This will allow us to pin point which staff members will need some additional training. Thank you so much!
