I heard about this from my local AirBNB guide book & guest reviews. Knowing very well that they didn't take reservations, my friends & I were prepared to wait. We went on a holiday weekend (Sunday) around 10:45 am arrival. It was full & the wait was over an hour. Luckily we were able to get a couple of seats outside & enjoy mimosas from the patio bar (small w/ limited options but we had what we needed). Once seated, not only did our server check on us throughout the meal but so did several other of the employees. I ordered the pancakes (original) with house made sausage & scrambled eggs and added on potatoes. YUMMMM These were by far some of the best scrambled eggs I have had. All the other food was just as good too. My other friends ordered different styles of eggs Benedict with the same feelings about their food. Really great. We all said that this was one of the best meals we had in Nashville.Added tip: After brunch we walked a few blocks down to the Tennessee State Museum to enter Bicentennial Park and walked through the park to the capital.

Stopped here for breakfast on the way home from a 3,00 mile road trip. Read the reviews and headed over to this place. Parking is easier here than just about anywhere else in the city. Was greeted by a smiling team. Our team member made drink and meal suggestions. She was so friendly. The other staff was putting out long sleeve T-shirts due to the change in the weather. We both had a sausage egg and biscuit sandwich. My Sweetie had Lavender Tea and I had hot chocolate. Everything was great. The homemade fries were great and wife said the fruit was excellent. Bought a jar of local honey here. It was $12. The food is average price for tourist town. The establishment was clean and well organized. The pastries are made here fresh each day. Hot chocolate is real not instant. The restrooms are clean. They have unisex restrooms to help with all the folks who come here. It is kind of hidden but worth an effort for a great breakfast.

Definitely go. If thereâs a wait....wait. So worth it. I had the lobster and brie omelet which was FANTASTIC and the best grits Iâve ever had. Super creamy. (I got the ones with the bacon and chives). The Bloody Marys are very good and will start ur day off right and they customized it to my spice preference. About the staff..we were lucky enough to catch seats at the bar. Teri and Becca (not Becky!) were so lovely. Couldnât have asked for better service and city recommendations. Wish they could be my servers everywhere. The take away is this place far exceeded our expectations in every way. Thanks for giving us a try and leaving the great review. We're delighted your breakfast with us was excellent and that the food made such a great impression. We can't wait to see you again soon!

Nice little neighborhood spot for a simple but well prepared breakfast. Reasonably priced for a tourist town. Mostly locals from the surrounding neighborhood, but service was fast. A number of egg Benedicts including salmon, Brie French Toast...Yum Yum

Sun Diner is basically on large counter and bar stools. Know that you'll likely wait and if you have a large group, you will have a hard time sitting together. We snagged one of the two booths that are available. Had the short rib hash which was very good. Prompt, friendly service. Great alternative to the other restaurants in the area.

We stumbled across the Cafe while exploring and while it was full we waited for 10 minutes or so for a table. There is a small bar and low ceiling a somewhat cosy dining space. There are tablecloths and nice napkins. The staff were friendly and attentive. the meatloaf was enormous but there were dishes you could have had that were lighter, like the avocado on toast.Good place for lunch. Thanks for your gracious thoughts on your lunch with us recently! Since 1987, we have served consistently prepared ingredients served by industry professionals to offer great value and quality to our local regulars as well as the number of hotel travelers that have been growing in recent years. Join us for breakfast / brunch/ or dinner on your next visit to Music City. Best wishes!Randy Rayburn Owner/Manager

Established in 1951 and currently serving more than half a million guests a year, the Loveless Cafe is a Nashville landmark that remains true to its Southern flavor. Its welcoming neon sign on Highway 100 promises hot biscuits and country ham every day, d
We went on a Saturday morning. Waited about an hour but there are a few gift shops that you can wander thru so it does make the wait time go fast and it gives you time for a good photo op! We had to wait awhile for the biscuits since they had just run out then I think our waitress forgot to bring them to us when they were ready so we were "biscuitless" for a good while but once they got there we understood why they are known for them. Just the perfect biscuit! Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular except the cheese grits!!! There is a window you can go watch as the guy makes and cuts out the biscuits.
