Well, if you're looking for "Fast" Food in Millington - do not go to Captain D's. I needed some lunch recently and decided to go to McDonald's, but their drive-through and inside both had huge, long lines. I then decided to check out Captain D's since I have enjoyed the Chicken Planks at other Captain D's.Boy, was I wrong - on both counts. They, too, had a long drive-through line, so I went inside. What I found inside was a large group of people waiting for their food. Running short on time, I patiently waited - uhh, for 12 minutes - for my food to be prepared.I thought, well at least the chicken will be hot. It was. But it tasted mostly like the Honey Mustard I dipped it in. If it had not been crunchy, it would not have had much taste worth mentioning. Did I mention the Honey Mustard? That part was good, the chicken, not so much.

Normally I do not review chains unless there is something really good/bad or out of the ordinary. This is the first Subway that I have seen in my travels where they offer a drive up window. I did not use it however, I went inside each visit. The service was very friendly, and fast. I was here at prime dinner time multiple days and it was never overly busy or long wait times. I like to eat at Subway on my trips to help save money versus eating fancy with $15-30 entrees every night.

A new restaurant, I expected more. The cold drink machine pressure was too high causing it to spit drinks over the cups. There were no lids for the drinks. Very chilly in the place.Ha the snack packs and mushrooms. The chicken was over cooked and sorta tough. Toast had an after-taste. Mushrooms were okay. Fries were somewhat blah. We probably will not be back. I am a Zaxby's fan, but not this one. Servers were nice and friendly.

Love Sonic's ice cream so when we were traveling and wanted some ice cream we looked for a Sonic, easy to find. Carhops were wearing skates. They were really good and quick. We had a milkshake, which came out very quick. This is a really good place for a family, it is a treat watching them skate with a tray full, without spilling anything.. Great place to stop.

Was working at NAS Millington and was staying close to Chick-fil-A. Stopped to grab a couple sandwiches for breakfast. Service was excellent like it is at all Chick-fil-A locations. Not a bad stop. Certainly my first choice of fast food chains, hands down!
