Our whole family loves this place and the cooking show. You are greeted by wonderful and friendly host/hostess and taken to a table where you have a personable waiter/waitress will take your drink and food order. Next, the Chef begins the show. All the Chefs love for patrons to join in the fun. He may flip a shrimp tail in your plate or a rice ball in your mouth. He juggles with eggs, makes fire out of stacked onions. If you're lucky, you'll see Mickey Mouse's likeness in your fried rice. All this time, you're being served a salad and then soup. The wait staff are angels who appear magically to fill your drink glass or attend to any other food, drink, napkin, or cutlery need. When the Chef has completed his show, you look down and you have an enormous plate of food to eat. Your waitstaff notices your eyes and shows up with several to go containers. Then, you settle your bill, Thank everyone, and you are rewarded with a fortune cookie. How can you top that?

I have been going to this place every Friday that I can. Lunch is crowded but worth it. I always have the ribeye with vegetables, the menu isn't huge but has many good combos. Highly recommend!!!

This little quick restaurant is located in a shopping center near the walmart in soddy Daisy. The parking lot is not great because its always fairly crowded but you can find a space. It has to share the parking lot with other businesses. I always wanted to try it and finally did today. Not a huge dining area but clean and cute. The server was very attentive. I went on a Friday at lunch time. I really love that I was able to get lo mein noodles with vegetables and leave out the onions. A lot of places cannot do that. Not a single onion in my food. I was super happy about that! Food was quick coming out. It was good. Came with a small salad. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back.

Food just so-so. The cook made a couple of inappropriate remarks while cooking. We were rushed through our meal--we were given the check and then someone waited for it before we even got halfway through our meal. I never got the tea I asked for-twice.

Went to Fuji's for a Birthday dinner because Ichiban was not open yet (4:00). I had a very tasty steak and Chicken dinner, cooked to order in front of me. Our table chef was very professional and courteous. Just as good as Ichiban with no waiting!
