We were the only customers in restaurant and they seated us in far back corner. The food was less than average. The service was far less than average too. One of those experiences that I would not return.

The service and food were great. I had spicy tuna(Hana roll) and it was good. I ordered fried veggie gyoza also. It was good but I will order pork and steamed next time. Staff was friendly and they do offer carry out. We had sashimi and nigiri and I recommend that as well.

This place is well liked by many in the Gallatin area. I was not impressed at all. The interior is very dark, perhaps to hide the fact that this place is falling apart. The owners are not reinvesting much money back into the building and it shows, bad. The wait staff were great. The sushi was pretty good, but the hibachi was slow to cook, almost like the grill wasn't fully up to temp or half the burners were off. The soup was disgusting. The salad was absolutely drenched in ginger dressing which was also disgusting. The rice was ok, but the chicken was overcooked and had too much sauce slathered on it. The veggies were undercooked. The guy just didn't know what he was doing and it took too long. One of the worst hibachi experiences I ever had.
