Weâre trying to hide from the tourists in the area! Went to Smokey Mountain Knifeworks and needed food after spending hours shopping.... this food/dinner was perfect! The selection was very large for an average Mexican restaurant and the food was delicious!!!! The service was impeccable and the young man who served us was right on point!!!!!Couldnât find ANYTHING wrong, and the price was especially right, even with 2 adult and 1 child fed!Thanks again, Josh!

This Taco Bell needs to be he training store for customer service and food preparation. I used the drive-thru and the young man who took my order was excellent. I had three different and distinct orders and he was very patient and read each order back to me to ensure accuracy of me giving the order and he taking the order. It was not like the usual response from fast food, "Is your order correct on the screen". This was more personal and a very good customer service quality. When I got to the pay window, he was very pleasant and carefully handed me my orders instead of just hanging them out the window. He also reminded me of the survey on back and gave me his name if I wanted to followup. The food items were prepared correctly and with care and not just wrapped up and thrown in the bag. I will definitely visit this Taco Bell again.
