The food and atmosphere were great today. Create your own pasta, the hamburgers, salad bar, pizza bar, and desserts were freshly made to order and service was very professional. Carson Newman is doing a great job. Cafeteria very clean, bright, welcoming, up beat. Overall, as a parent I was very impressed and excited for our son's visit. Go Eagles & Department of Education!!

Subway's moto is "Subway, eat fresh." I has been truncated to fit on signs. Their legal department suggested, "Subway, eat fresh bread with vegetables and pressed process meat with imitation cheese." That's a little long for a slogan so marketing just shortened it.You can find things enjoyable, and yes, a fat man once lost allot of weight making smart menu choices here, but don't think it is a healthy alternative across the menu.Clean and the service was prompt. In the end that is all you can judge these cold fast food hash houses on.

Arrived 1 pm 10-3-16 Ordered a Whopper w/cheese,Jr Whopper,Lg FF 2 med Drinks,order taker didn't ring up FF's,Burger's were ok,Cheese wasn't melted,the Coke & Diet Coke were Terrible in Taste.Mentioned to the Mgr that he might Brix drinks,he said he didn't have a Brix cup and would have to call Atlanta to schedule Coke in to Brix machines. The Bag/Box might have been on empty,but the taste was Terrible Total Bill was almost $13. Cup lids didn't fit the Medium Cups. FF's were Hot and Fresh,Good Lg FF didn't seem like a Lg Fry Box !Should have offered a meal deal !!
