To call this a family friendly environment would be a joke. This girl who was so poorly prepared for her job, had greasy black hair and reeked of cigarettes and pot. She also had visible dirt under her fingernails. There is no possible way this place has an honest 100 on their health score because of her. She was picking at her behind and didnât even care to wash her hands before touching the food for the people in front of us. She wasnât wearing any gloves either! She told me that they were âout of cheesesteakâ even though I knew they werenât. On top of that she kept cursing in front of my family. When i asked her for a manager, she claimed that there wasnât a manager there that day. Worst experience ever. She didnât have a name tag but her hat said âHannahâ she looked doped up and strung out. If this place is going to improve maybe try not hiring 14 year old druggies with no motive to help the customer. We will not be back again

We really like Subway here in Gatlinburg. It's nice because it's always fresh stuff. The price may be a little higher in Gatlinburg Subway, but it's probably fair considering all the food places here are pricey.
