Met my father at the restaurant for supper. Our waitress was at the table to take our drink order by the time we were seated. Meal order was taken just as quickly. The salads were fresh. Our steaks arrived just as we finished our salads and were prepared just as we had ordered them. They were delicious. Also it was very pleasant to run into friends there and be able to touch base with them.

Great Waffle House, just South of I-40. Mrs. Cynthia was very welcoming. Location was rather busy, but we were still seated quickly and received excellent service. Good food, clean restrooms. Minus 1 star for limited seating and small dining areas...but that's pretty much all Waffle Houses. This one was definitely above par.
Stopped in for a late breakfast. Service was friendly and prompt. The menu offered a large selection of breakfast items. The food was cool and average at best. Surprising in that it was "freshly cooked to order."
