Great egg rolls and the duck sauce from the bottle is perfect..take out packets, not so much.Beef Chow Mein is excellent, but my fave is Shrimp and Garlic. Just enough garlic and tasty snow peas, carrots and broccoli. Iâve heard Asian is winter food, but Ming Dynasty is packed all the time!Ask for Fannie...

We didn't expect to find many restaurant choices in this little city beyond the usual fast food franchises, steak restaurants, bars, and basic Mexican and Chinese places, so we were pleasantly surprised to find this Thai restaurant. Not bad! The young man who was serving us was alone but he managed well despite a busy dining room due to visitors in town for the solar eclipse. Decor and location are humble. Food was well-prepared. Nice selection on the menu. Fairly inexpensive.

Pretty basic fare for a Japanese restaurant...the basic entrees are all fairly good. A little on the mild side in terms of the seasoning, but that is kind of too bee expected in small town America where you don't have a populaiton base large enough to "kind of go for it" spice wise. (I.E. you have to tone things down to make it suitable to a much borader range of people). But the real gem here is the sushi. Its not just Athens's good. Its just plain good.
