Drive north on Highway One from Cabo San Lucas and you'll come across a little stretch of white sand known as "Playa Costa Azul," a.k.a. "Blue Coast Beach." Here, where the Pacific meets the Gulf of California, people from all over gather to eat Baja's fa
It's been years since I've got food here or any Blue Coast for that matter. I was in the area and decided on it for a late lunch. It was about 3pm when I arrived at the restaurant. The place wasn't busy at all. There was one other person in the restaurant eating. I ordered my regular chipotle burrito at the counter. I got the latinga chicken, with black beans, rice, cheese, sour cream, salsa, pico, and black olives. Seven bucks for a burrito isn't that bad at all. I took it to go.When I arrived at work, I noticed that the bottom of the paper bag was leaking all over my seat. The burrito is wrapped up in only aluminum foil, and there wasn't napkins in the bag either. After cleaning up my seats, I tried the burrito. The chicken was pretty dry inside, which is odd because it's usually soaking in sauce. What was worse is the rice was so HARD. I literally thought there was plastic in the burrito. I was able to spoon out most of the rice, but Halfway though the burrito, I had to throw it out. I've had hard rice at a Taco Bell, but for a 7 buck burrito? Unacceptable.

We went here for lunch after a 20 mile ride and were very pleased. We got there right after noon and were seated immediately. They have a very nice 2nd story covered patio and we chose to eat outdoors. With the ceiling fans and breeze it was very comfortable. We ordered our drinks and they arrived quickly along with homemade chips and salsa. The salsa was delicious and you could tell it is made fresh daily. Our food arrived quickly and we had fajitas, enchiladas, and grilled chicken tacos. All of it was well prepared and delicious. The food was hot, fresh, and well seasoned.Having never eaten here before this was an excellent first experience and we are thinking it will be our regular stop now after our weekend rides.
Whether youâre dining in with us, ordering takeout, or have catering needs. We are happy to provide you with our highest quality meat available . Brothers Emmanuel and Ruben Salazar have many years and thoughts and decided time was right-put their heart a

This restaurant is actually affiliated with the Select Inn on the same property. Therefore expect patrons from the motel to frequent the restaurant at all hours, and vice versa. The food is fine, prepared quickly, and at least our server was actually a native Spanish speaker. We are a bilingual household so finding locations with Spanish speakers at Mexican restaurants is a plus for us. Nothing special about this place but if you want decent food at a decent price then pay this place a visit.

Taco Bell in general is usually good for a quick cheap meal, but this location the last 2 times we have been, we have gotten sick. Not sure if the meat sits to long or old, but we will not be back. Service is good, but just don't trust the food any more.

On our recent road trip, we were looking for a place near the highway, with quick service and food worth stopping for. We took a chance on this place and couldn't have been more pleased. My daughter ordered the 7 mares soup and she was pleased with the amount of seafood, the hand made tortillas, and the generous amount of fresh cilantro on the side. Another member of the group ordered the mole burrito, and he was quite pleased. The serving was so large that he had enough left for lunch the next day. The servers were pleasant, efficient, and attentive to our group of six. Looking forward to our next opportunity to visit!
We came on a Tuesday evening and it wasnât crowded at all. We were immediately seated and brought chips and salsa. There isnât much variety on the menu, but thereâs a full bar. Food was okay. Ample parking. Easy to find. 10% military discount. They charge for chips and salsa if you donât order a lot of food.
Weâve been a few times. The owners are friendly and the food is always fresh. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Free chips and salsa. Very little parking.

The food was good. There aren't exactly crowds to get in and that should tell you most of what you need to know. It's not a hidden treasure, nor a rare find, but a mediocre place to get a better meal than the McDonalds across the parking lot.

When the wife and I want good Mexican food for lunch we always try and eat here. We sit at the bar because you always get great service. The beer is ice cold and the food is very tasty. Haven't had a bad meal yet. See you soon.
