Food was just okay, didn't seem any real effort was put into preparation. Took a long time for food to arrive. Restroom smelled like urine, I mean worse than a truck stop in the ghetto. I was very surprised and gagged in there. Certainly the manager uses the restroom in this place. Not acceptable.

A little piece of heaven on Douglas Lake at Swann's Marina. We offer wholesome, regional food; prepared and served with passion and integrity.
Cute country style restaurant. Went with a group that had booked ahead but it was obvious we were too many people to serve at 1 time. Serve was slow to put it mildly. Some people were finished with their food when others had not received their food. The food at our table was warm & very good. Heard from others some had cold food. I never got my complete breakfast even after I reminded waitress. This might be a perfect place for individuals & families but I feel they were ill equipped for our group. Wait staff was friendly.

Beautiful lake front over looking the Smoky Mountains.
We like to avoid chain restaurants so anything is fair game. Never know what to expect . I thought this was no better than âwasnât sorry I tried but wouldnât go again.â Nice riverside view. Off the busy beaten path of Gatlinburg area. Soups pretty good. Cod was best choice. Didnât care for catfish. Batter not done right. Wife liked hush puppies. I didnât. Salad so so. Sweet potato was only truly bad choice. Fries were good.

What a fun little place. We got off the highway to get some lunch. I had a BLT and my husband got a double burger with fries. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Very small town kind of place.

This Market and Deli are just down from Dandridge Lake and not far from Bush Beans. It's got great hamburgers sandwiches and homemade desserts and let's not forget great shakes. It's a huge building with plenty of tables for big groups. You can buy bait. If your in the area stop buy you won't be disappointed.

The hotel we were staying at suggested this place. And I'm glad we came. We sat outside by the lake and watch the fireworks for the 4th of July. The food was good and the staff were very friendly

Expected a simple lunch and that's what Perkins offers. Service was good, not a lot of options from a vegetarian perspective.

We have been serving the area for 19 years. Our business was built on serving quality seafood that is hand breaded and seasoned and served fresh to you...our valued customer. Most of our items are homemade or made from scratch, including our hush puppies,
Had clam chowder I thinks out of a can pretty bland Scallops asked for blackened not even close they are bland as well little gritty hush puppies are good

We ate on a busy Saturday night. We ordered bbq and burgers. Barbecue is a specialty here. The pulled pork was very good, lean and tender, not greasy as soon is. The bbq sauce is rather different than most East Tennessee sauces, thinner and less tomato based. To my local taste, it was unexpected but the sauce complements the bbq. Those who ordered burgers were highly complimentary.
