A youthful, modern metropolis with a diverse population, Tel Aviv dates back only to 1909. Clubs, bars, a thriving arts community, gay life and beaches attract artists, musicians and young professionals to Tel Aviv's more secular scene. Its UNESCO-designated Bauhaus architecture has won the city the moniker "The White City." Walk, drive or catch cabs between the cultural exhibition pavilions of Haaretz Museum, historic Independence Hall Museum, bustling Carmel Market and Old Jaffa's boardwalk.

Nice people at the reception and cheap drinks at the bar (according to the Tel Aviv standard) . Silvia from their stagff helped me a lot in finding a taxi and not missing my flight at the airport. Would recomment it to anybody...

Florentin House is a new, urban, beautifully designed hostel in the heart of colorful Florentin neighborhood in the south of Tel Aviv. Our vast range of rooms set at an extremely comfortable price range means that our visitors will have a choice between dorms, family rooms, and double rooms. All rooms are spacious and come with an en-suite shower and bathroom. As frequent travellers we know what tourists are looking for when visiting Tel Aviv. Enjoy asian food at our restaurant and bar and chill out in the trendy local cafes and bars around the neighborhood. free wifi in all areas!
Stayed for 4 nights from June 1-June 5 as a solo female traveller. The location was amazing and super hip with lots of bars/restaurants in the area. It could get a bit loud in the evenings but that was to be expected, as long as you bring some earplugs you will be fine. 10-15 mins walk to the beach and Old Jaffa which was amazing. The staff were literally amazing and so friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area and directions etc. The breakfast was super yummy as well, and the restaurant was also open for dinner however I did not go. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone staying in Tel Aviv!

Really awesome hostel. Stayed here twice during November for two short stays. The location is fantastic both for when you are staying working Tel Aviv but it was also easy to reach the Airport and Train Station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful, and, the hostel itself was very clean (including the shared facilities). There are lots of eateries nearby serving a wide range of cuisine as well as many grocery stores (be warned some are much more expensive than others). Many tourist attractions are walking distance and there’s good and regular bus routes nearby to serve the rest. Would definitely book in here again.

Set in one of the liveliest parts of Jaffa, right in the middle of the famous flea market and 400 m from the beach, the Old Jaffa Hostel has a shared kitchen and a rooftop terrace with seating lounge. A light breakfast with toast, vegetables, hummus, white cheese, butter, jam, chocolate, coffee and tea is included and served from 08:00 to 11:00 daily. There is a grocery shop 50 m away, and many restaurants and bars can be found in the immediate vicinity as well. The bus station is only 300 m walking distance from Hostel Old Jaffa. Tel Aviv city center and the HaHagana Train Station are 1.9 mi away. This is our guests' favorite part of Tel Aviv, according to independent reviews. Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.3 for a two-person trip. We speak your language!
Once a hostel, now a real boutique hotel, more chic than the more expensive neighbours (we went, its true) this is the only place to stay in Jaffa. No pool, but a rooftop bar the best vibe in TLV. Breakfast included, shakshuka heaven, the most relxed welcoming young team. Rooms have balconies, proper showers and toiletries, lovely bedlinen. All for 325 NIS.

Come and feel like in the past in a cozy and warm environment Located in a beautiful authentic stone arched apartment. The place located in the old Jaffa city near the Clock square and Jaffa port and within a 5-minute walk to the sea and a 3-minute walk to the famous flea market with its active nightlife The place has a big shared area so you can meet new people
I stayed this February three days in the hostel in old Jaffa. It is really good located you are literally in old Jaffa. The hostel is not that big but that made it more comfortable and you could talk to everyone. Moti is the best host I’ve ever met in a hostel. He helped us with everything and was so kind! He said he just wants his guests to be happy. I totally recommend going there.

Selina Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv is located in the heart of this cultural bohemian neighborhood. Take a walk through the narrow streets and alleys to explore the area’s unique Bauhaus & eclectic architecture. Selina’s community is in the heart of this peaceful oasis in the busy metropolis. Enjoy comfortable rooms with stylish decor by local artists as you sample food from our on-site bar and restaurant.
We booked our stay at Selina Neve Tzedek for the night between Saturday and Sunday. As opposed to other hotel policies, the check-in time at Selina on a Saturday was 15:00 which was early enough in the day. We parked our car in the nearby neighborhood of Florentin, which has areas with free street parking, and walked to Neve Tzedek. Upon arrival at Selina, located in a beautifully restored Templer complex, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who also told us the history of the complex. During our stay we met with 3 other receptionists. All of them very friendly and helpful. The room we booked was a suite, located on the top floor of the building with a private balcony overlooking west to Neve Tzedek and the sea. The room was nicely decorated and conserved the original structure. Cozy, comfortable and very clean. The room also had a coffee machine with complimentary capsules and a small refrigerator which is a plus on a hot Tel Aviv day to keep the water cold (we stayed in December but still used it). We booked the room only, without the breakfast, as we had breakfast plans elsewhere. The location of the hotel is very convenient as you can easily walk to the Charles Clore Beach, Florentin, Rothschild Blvd., Nachalat Binyamin, Ha’Carmel Market and of course explore the beautiful and picturesque Neve Tzedek. We came as a couple for a birthday getaway but will definitely return with our kids, and hopefully take part in the activities offered by Selina to its guests.
