Herzliya (/hɜːrtsəˈliːjə/; Hebrew: הֶרְצֵלִיָּה [hɛʁtsɛliˈja]; Arabic: هرتسيليا [hɪrtsiːlja]) is an affluent city in the central coast of Israel, at the Northern part of the Tel Aviv District known for its robust start-up and entrepreneurial culture. In 2016 it had a population of 93,116. Named after Theodor Herzl, the founder of modern Zionism, Herzliya covers an area of 21.6 square kilometres (8.3 sq mi). As a vegetarian there is only so much I can say about this restaurant, but without going into the meaty details I can say that it's pretty good. Pleasant outside sitting, competent service, good drinks menu and even some veggie options (the mushrooms are delicious). An expensive place, but many restaurants in Israel are. Good option if you need to impress someone.

This is a restaurant more than a Hamburger joint and much like a steakhouse. The setting is very pleasant, though marred by music that is far too loud. Service is friendly and prompt. The quality of the food varies from mediocre to very good. For a first course we enjoyed onion soup and Moroccan cigars. As main course we found the grilled chicken breast quite good and the crispy chicken totally uninteresting. The price is right.
