Unique rooms filled with natural light and edgy artwork... The place somehow combines eclectic art (everywhere) with cool comfort. You can rest here, before (& after) enjoying this lively, vibrant neighborhood. Helpful people, lovely amenities, lots of towels -- it's a 20-min walk to the beach -- and a great atmosphere. Thank you Rena's!

We booked a studio room for 9 nights however had to leave after just a fraction of our stay as the room was noisy (the window didn’t shut properly) and so bright (one window only had a transparent blind). We made the hotel aware straight away and asked to move rooms but they would not do so. We had to leave and pay money to stay somewhere else. The hotel have been uncooperative and disappointingly unwilling to resolve the issue, assist our stay, and subsequently refund any money- despite saying a refund would be received over a month ago. Worst still, when I raised the issue with booking.com the hotel lied to booking.com about the issue (staying that we didn’t complain during our stay).

We wanted an unforgettable once in a lifetime beachfront condo for a severely handicapped man and his mom and caretaker. We paid $550/night for what could have been and should have a lovely experience but the apartment was in serious disrepair. Walls were cracked and chipped, patio furniture was broken, kitchen cabinets were cracked and falling apart, formica was broken, doors were corroded, lights were out, and much more. It is also a party location so if you are looking for peace and serenity, there is none to be had because disco music is allowed to be played to all hours of the night. If you don't ask for cleaning services (and you are entitled to it every 3 days for an extended stay), they don't offer. The washer dryer worked well. The kitchen was sparse but they were kind enough to add items that we needed. The worst of it was that we were assured wheelchair accessability but there are 6 steps up to the landing of the elevator. So basically, our 32 year old man was stuck in the apartment. The fridge worked on and off and often it was not chilling the food so our food spoiled prematurely. The office is almost always closed with only a number to call for any concerns. I will say that Shai, who is in charge was delightful and helpful as was Edward, the handiman. But the other guy that was in the office was rude and short tempered. The location, however, can't be beat. So if that is all that matters to you. then go for it. I wouldn't go back there. For the price we paid....

The Dizengoff Inn - Dizengoff Street offer self-catering accommodation in Tel Aviv. The property is 500 meters from Gordon Swimming Pool and 700 meters from Hilton Beach. The apartments are soundproofed and feature a flat screen-TV with cable channels, a radio and a safety deposit box. The bathroom has a shower and bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove top and an electric kettle. Many restaurants and shops are available within walking distance and Carmel Market is 2.3 km away. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, Itzchak Rabin Memorial is 800 meters from the apartments and Dizengoff Square is 900 meters away. Ben Gurion Airport is located 22 km from the accommodation.
Good location, lots of dining and drinking options in the area and just a few minutes away from Hilton Bay and the beach. The flat however was quite basic for the price I paid and the entrance quite underwhelming. Also, if you get a flat facing the main road expect lots of noise from the bars around. I would probably choose an alternative option next time.

I have lost my flight and was looking for a reasonable hotel to spend one night near the beach. I booked the hotel on booking.com for 250£ a night. Reasonably I expected a decent property to stay. I arrived at the hotel 30 min after booking it online. The entrance was scary terrible with rats running around. I was thinking I arrived wrongly but local restaurant advised me I was in correct place and I just need go a level up. The lift was scary terrible and stinky with the rat I saw before I was scared to come . I called the hotel and explained I want to cancel. Hotel reception gentleman said it’s OK with no fees to cancel as long as I have cancelled within 4 hours of booking they will not charge. In good faith I left . After I was charged 200 £ Hotel refuse to reimburse me and said that I should have cancelled 5 days before my stay . So they have lied to me .

The minute you get in and see the stairs of our grange and colorful hotel you will understand the Tel Avivian young, colorful, and kicking atmosphere. the multicolored rooms fit right in the local experience – a comfy bed, AC, Netflix connection, kitchenette, and balconies in most of the rooms. In just 3 min walk you can get to the beach, take a coffee, eat in amazing restaurants, Dizengoff Center for shopping is just a walk away, bars all over the streets nearby –basically the perfect Tel Avivian experience you can ask for.
This hotel stole us money it promised us to give us our money back because we changed to a different place and they promised to give us a refund. This place is a SCAM !!! Worst, ugliest and woost service i ever saw in my life

The place was not clean when arrived. The bathroom was not maintend for a long. Old and inconvinient furniture. The only good thing is its location and pre connection with the hotel that was nice. What you see in pictures is not what you get.
