Usually called Armenian Switzerland or Little Switzerland by the locals, it is one of the most important resorts of Armenia, situated within the Dilijan National Park. It is an interesting building - used to belong to someone who was supposedly beaten up in his own house by someone legendary (hence the name 'Legend'). Food was poor and rather expensive (horribly expensive for what it was). Visit them if you like your food next to spider-webs.

Pine House is a vegan cafe located in beautiful Dilijan.
I found this place by accident but loved it so much I will definitely come back. Thereâs a new menu everyday so itâs hard to predict how much youâll spend. It is a little more on the expensive side but it is Dilijan after all and it was worth splurging a bit since it was the first vegan restaurant in Armenia I have seen during my travels. Itâs quite small but very easy to find because itâs right next to the museum. I ordered miso soup which was much richer than any miso soup I ate before. I also got baked potatoes with delicious sauce and peanut butter stir fry which I absolutely loved. There was also sushi with carrot on the menu but I didnât manage to try it. We also got awesome lemonade that was made from fresh lemons and wasnât too sweet which is a big plus. Definitely would recommend to every vegan or vegetarian who wants to finally eat a big nutritious meatless meal or anyone who feels like eating something healthy for a change PS. There is a cute puppy.

Excellent location! On the way to Goshavank, surrounded with cold mountain river and a hill with dense forrest. It has got everything to accomodate short term family stay. Tastfully furnished cottage rooms oversee surroundings from above. Clean and shiny permises. Kids get a pool, they will also have alot of fun in volleyball field. The food!... The food being served is the best you can get in the area. Most of it is organic, "home grown" or from local farmers. Don't forget to ask for home brew "Kompot". The staff is very friendly and forthcoming. The cook has some good secret recepies :) I never had a deer meat prepared the way he did. It was delisious. In other words this is the place where one must go if you are in the area. permises permises.

TAVA means a cast iron skillet. We make the most delicious food using only local ingredients and cast iron in wood fired brick oven.
The exterior and interior of this restaurant are magestic. There are lots of old-style furniture and items here which create unfirgettable impression. The first floor is called Losh and offers dishes on thin, tiny bread. The second floor offers every dish cooked in big and small tavas - pots.Service and quality of food are beyond any expectations.Location is central, just at the riverside.

We came here for a mid-afternoon snack and had our first taste of lahmajun. For us uninitiated ones, we thought it was pretty good. (Learned afterwards that lahmajuns are supposed to be bigger and more meat.) We didn't care - we thought the lahmajuns here at Kchuch were very good. We also had great coffee in the clay pots. Beautiful seating area on a patio.

Situated in the centre of the town with great views over a small lake. Most of the staff are young local students being trained for the hotel trade. Consequently we found them all very responsive and helpful.
