Larceny restaurant has an emphasis on local ingredients & seasonality, with a simple & uncomplicated approach to cooking.
I was taken here as a guest by dear friends who have eaten here previously, the atmosphere was great and something I really appreciate was the lengths the owners have gone to, to make the place absorb noise. There are padded booths, carpet on the floor and upholstered chairs at the tables, all designed to absorb the noise that busy restaurants seem to crest. The friendly greeting was nice, we were seated promptly, and our drinks organised quickly, our food arrived as ordered and well prepared and the steaks cooked as requested. No complaints at all, mains were in the $35-$45 range a bit pricey but nice.If you are looking for a nice intimate dinner or lunch try the Larceny it wonât disappoint.

Modern Asian fusion restaurant. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Food tasty. Ambiance: a little noisy. Great wine list. Iâd give it a try.

Pierre's has been operating for more than 60 Years and is a true Launceston Icon. With many Awards and recognitions to its name, it is the perfect place for Breakfast lunch or Dinner. Bookings Highly Recommended !
Deliciously made, melt in your mouth food, in warm cosy surroundings. Service could have been a little prompter with the serving of the meals - but the food was worth waiting for. We appreciated the consideration given to the children - they were offered the opportunity to choose from the lunch menu (as well as the dinner menu) - the lunch options suited their tastebuds better.
