Reviewed By janosz300This is a fine hotel with nice, clean and spacey rooms, excellent dinner and breakfast, and helpful, smiling and professional staff. The wellness and the play rooms are excellent too. A good value for money.

Friendly hotel on an idyllic location
Reviewed By BelgianWandererFriendly hotel on an idyllic location between two ponds. Friendly welcome from a lady who speaks good English. My room was quite big and had airco, a fridge with a minibar, tv, a sitting space, a desk and a bath room. WiFi functioned only downstairs in the breakfast room and on the terrace, not in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The restaurant is very good as well. Superb terrace on the water with a view on the pond. Tapolca can be reached by a direct train from Budapest. Good location for walks. Lots of buses and trains.

Reviewed By Bibite80The location is perfect right in the center. Good hotel to stay for one night. Staff were useful and friendly. Breakfast was enough good, nothing special but nice. Hotel was clean. Parking in front of the hotel.

Reviewed By rebeccagV9889GNThis establishment didn't answer multiple phonecalls, knocking on the door or trying to use the Booking messaging service. I couldn't stay and as a single woman was left with no accomodation. Subsequently I have been threatened with litigation as I couldn't stay and was understandably unwilling to pay the bill. I WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS PLACE WITH A BARGEPOLE DO NO STAY HERE

Reviewed By erikakisStúdióapartmant foglaltunk, terasszal, saját fürdőszobával, konyhasarokkal. Helyette kaptunk egy koszos szobát 3 ággyal. Közös konyha (amit az ott lakó gondnok is használ), közös fürdő. A mellékhelyiség büdös, törölközőt nem adnak. A konyha alig felszerelt. Hívtuk a probléma miatt a menedzsert, aki kinyomta a telefont, és a következő 2 napban sem hívott vissza minket. A gondnok semmiről nem tud, és semmiben nem dönt.

Excellent, really recommend it
Reviewed By hobaisThe apartment was nice and clean with modern and new furniture, the garden was fantastic with soft green grass (which I really like) and a small pool. It was lovely to sit there in the evening. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole experience has far exceeded my expectations, it is for sure that here the customer is number one :)
