Discover Restaurants offering the best Cafe food in Chefchaouen, Tangier-Tetouan Region, Morocco. This stunning Moroccan city in the Rif Mountains was originally built as a fortress in the 15th century. The mountains towering over Chefchaouen resemble a pair of goat’s horns, and, perhaps not coincidentally, the creamy native goat cheese is one of the most popular regional treats. Architecture enthusiasts will marvel at the Jewish-inspired blue-tinted buildings, octagonal mosque and Spanish ruins.

Nice and short walking up from the spanish mosque up from Ras el Maa. The path is well-marked and about 1,5 Km with beautiful views of Chefchaouen. Dont expect a very variated menu just coffe or a nice tea, sodas and some sweets. Anyway its a perfect spot to enjoy nature, the skyline and getting to know the locals and the owner who are very nice.
Very centrally located outside the medina with a very large non smoking section. Portions were of good size and quality and the price was very reasonable. Very strong coffee.
A friend recommended me to comeTo this terrace, and it was worth it.The owner hicham is really welcoming person and the juices were excellent and not toMention the view because it was breathtaking.Highly recommended
Had an average piece of cake from here after dinner - chocolate orange. Nothing special, nothing to write home about. Just decent. Although maybe some of the best you can find here!

Bienvenue Le dessert de Hong Kong.
Stumbled upon a cute Asian juice/dessert shop like the ones in Asia. There was an extensive menu of shaved ice, mango and fruit based desserts and it was also reasonably priced. They also accept Ali pay and We chat pay ;)

We are two French-Moroccan sisters, we get our french pastry degree and we decide to create HAMSA in Chefchaouen, the city of birth of our father. We have a saloon and a terrace with Panoramic view of Chefchaouen. At HAMSA you'll find delicious, seasonal
They have a cat in the terrace and he just leapped on the table and got his head in the food...The restaurant said it wasn't their problem and we had to pay anyway. Good food if you like it with cat hair inside!Dear DiegoChefchaouen is full of cats, when you eat on a terrace, it implies to be confronted with nature ( bees, cats, risk of rain, ... ) ...Do you have any proposition to give me to erased cats of our rooftop ? The cat is not our cat, and I can not afford a bodyguard for cats also I can not installed transparent walls in our rooftop, ... If it does not suit you , we are lucky to have a saloon downstair without the inconvenient of the outside. Also if you had tell us what happened during your meal we could have change your plate and you could have changed your place. I have just ask my staff, and they said no one complained about a hair in the food and you told me that you had eat your food. I saw this cat (and others) many times in the rooftop but usually people just push them away or they change place or they simply like it. If I have to offer food for free to all the customers that the cats have annoyed we would be closed.it's the first time someone asked for free meal, because of a cat! so I should have understand that this is what you wanted even if your plates were almost empty. and I will not have had this very nasty note, poor of me!Do not hesitate to give us advice to make cats disappear? ( I am very interested )Yours truly,HAMSA

Cross- Cultural Cafe in the medina of Chefchaouen serving Camel Burgers, Tagines, Salads, Milkshakes and great Coffee. Live Music, Cooking School, Calligraphy, Exhibitions and more.
Great place, loved the upstairs terrace and sunset! Good food, great salad with avocat and figs. Live guitar was nice, untill there was live singing; could not understand my table-partner any more. Would defintily come back without the loud singing voice ;)
