Original Surf Morocco is a traditional, Berber-style Moroccan home with four levels, located in Tamraght village, only 15km north of Agadir. We offer simple, clean and comfortable accommodation within walking distance of popular beaches and surf breaks! Our eight guest rooms are a mix of double rooms, as well as twin, triple and quad rooms. Guests have access to three different common areas, including a rooftop terrace with amazing ocean and sunset views! We deliver legendary Moroccan hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere and an inclusive vibe. After a stay at Original Surf Morocco, you will leave as family. In addition to accommodation, we offer high-quality surf instruction and surf equipment rental as well as yoga classes. Meals are also available.

Tamraght is a peaceful, quiet Berber village located a few kilometres south of Taghazout where you can really feel like you've gotten away from it all. The surf camp itself is a cozy, comfortable place with an amazing sea view, so you can check the swell as soon as you step onto the patio! The outdoor dining area is also a perfect place to chill out, forget your worries and mingle with other surfers and travellers from around the world. Breakfast and dinner are provided as standard with the accommodation, but feel free to make use of the fully stocked kitchen. The rooms are hostel-style shared accommodation, but you can choose to stay in a private room if you wish. There is also a communal high-speed internet access point.

Salam aleikoum The Surf Hotel is a friendly surf camp in the picturesque village of Tamraght. It is 3 km from Taghazout, 15 km from Agadir center, 33 km from the Al Massira Airport in Agadir and a 3 h bus ride from Marrakech. The Berber culture is one of the friendliest of the world with besides delicious food. The locals knew how to find a lifestyle far from the stress of the modern life. The region of Taghazout is known all over the world as one of the best surf destinations. Situated in the heart of the most famous surfing spots of Morocco the closest ones to our hotel are Devil’Rock, Crocs and Banana Point. The activities which we practice here are thus surfing as well as yoga. We offer surf lessons and yoga classes with qualified teachers. - Surf lessons (including transport, board/wetsuit rent, lunch) = 400Dhs/full day or 250Dhs/half day - Yoga classes = 100 Dhs/1h (we usually have a morning and evening classes, but times can be adapted) We are happy to help you with any other activity (horse riding, massage…) or any excursion (Paradise Valley, Essaouira, souk in Agadir) you might want to do and which will certainly make you discover more of the Moroccan culture. We can also be of assistance should you need a rental car. The Surf Hotel is a new property mixing modern and Moroccan style nicely. From the hotel’s beautiful rooftop terrace you have a great view over the town and the ocean. The rooftop is definitely the place to be. You can enjoy your breakfast up there in the morning, have a yoga class, relax during the day, enjoy a BBQ with the other guests in the evening or just enjoy the stunning sunsets while having a mint tea.
