Things to do in Nagapattinam
We Are Very Very Special in Chettinad meals and gravey
Me and my friend went to this hotel for having lunch. I would suggest users to take assistance from Google to find the restaurant. The hotel was spacious and has enough seating for around 40 people. It was a weekend and they had special menu. We both ordered double leg biriyani. The taste of the food was good and the service was more than good. I would suggest people to go with their friends and family for having good time and good food.
A cozy and family dining restaurant serving Multi cuisine specialized in Kebabs and grills. Specialized in outdoor catering. Situated with a spacious car park facilities. Surrounded with kids play zone and entertainments.
There are two entries for this one restaurant. We three brits looked up TA for a restaurant close to our hotel Nandha. Luckily we changed our minds and went to the unlisted Grand a few doors north. The perils of walking in the street. The next evening we definitely decided to try it. My friend was convinced he had seen the centre just north of the hotel so contradicting the TA map. We asked the security man and he pointed us north! We went, we found the centre and entered. Everything was closed. The security Nan confirmed the restaurant was upstairs but it was closed. I could not understand everything he said. Maybe closed at 6? It was 8pm. Confused we left and went south finding the Hotel Moujahir restaurant Vandana Grand. Good food so far! Using hotel's wifi.

Our experience with the Caravela restaurant has not been great. Food is very ordinary, somewhat substandard in my opinion. Service is terrible, staff are inexperienced. Overall experience is really on the bottom end, given the prices charged. Sadly the management does not seem to want to change anything. We've stayed at the Hotel every time we visit Velankanni, over the past 6 years, and this restaurant has only deteriorated in my opinion.
this is a pure veg restaurant.i had lunch here with my friends.meals is ok.the sambar is very good taste.
The Hotel is Located in Thirunallar Road in Karaikal, the Ambience is average and serves good biriyani the mughal style in the afternoon, Looks like the only hotel in Karaikal to serve Non- Veg in Karaikal on Sunday. The hotel stinks food so if you are vegeterian and you want get in with your friends... Beware..Otherwise its an average place and value for money
Hotel Anandas is in the prime road of Karaikal and I think it's the only restaurant which provides car parking to its customers, which is just opposite to the restaurant. It's a vegetarian restaurant and regular south Indian food will be available. I had been to this restaurant more than thrice and felt that it's best in taste among the veg.
Good variety of pastries and cakes. As well as murukku papads and other munchies. Also good Mysore pak
A Great taste of food we had experienced at Karaikal for dinner, seating arrangement was very good nice infrastructure made us so happy while eating and quick services of the staff made us comfortable while eating. Good food.

Hotel Kandhaas is on main Bharathiyar road (few years back it was bus route to Nagapatinam-Porayar). Even though it is small crumbled restuarant, its food tastes good. Mainly filter coffee, idly sambar and evening snacks and masala milk are run-away success items. Night dinner, many varieties like Veg briyani, veg parotta, special masala dosai, rava idly are hot selling items.Evening we took potato bonda with filter coffee. We had one rava dosai, veg parotta, idly sambar and masala milk for dinner.Rates are very reasonable here.Recently, they added one snacks and bakery outlet next to their restuarant, where they sell sweets, savouries, bakery items, pickles, etc. We bought Vadu Mango pickles, savouries, etc for Rs. 285.00 here. Vadu Mango was fantastic.

We have always eaten at this restaurant when staying in the hotel and have never been disappointed with the fare. It has non vegetarian fare and quality and quantity of items ordered have been quite adequate. The service has been always good and the added incentive is the coupons given to residents, when staying in the hotel. All in all, it's good value for money. Would recommend without hesitation.
