We visited as a group of 8:1. Even though we called in early for reservation, we were waiting for almost 15 minutes. Thereafter we were still given 2 x 4 tables in the crowded ground level. It was by chance that one of us, went to 1st floor - who whole area was empty. We demanded that we be given space there. The manager only grudgingly accepted. 2. Plates are plasticky and wobbling. Poor quality.3. Not given spoons - after couple of reminders, we were given half washed dirty set of spoons. When we rejected them, the waiter happily passed them on to the next table. 4. Quanity is good. Onen large biryani was a bit much for 3 of us.5. Taste of veg biryani is average at the most. Not recommended at all.

We stayed at Accord Highland during our Ooty trip and prefered to eat at Seasons there because the food was delicious and service levels were very high. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous. Loved the fluffy idlis and various chutneys. Though dinner buffet is available, we opted for a la carte. The parathas, Chettinad chicken curry, Nilgiris korma, meen kozhambu, thattu dosai, were all very delicious. They serve complimentary green salads and fried papads before every meal.

I haven't had such Chinese in a long long time!!!chicken manchow, just the way it should be! Steaming hot food, served on time, reasonable as well. This was a discovery when we were utterly disappointed by 'the culinarium'. Interiors are basic but comfortable. The waiters need to be a bit more service like, but honestly there's nothing to complain. Parking is an issue as it's a buzzing road and they don't have a car park. I'm not complaining!!it's a must try! 5 stats for the food ..

I must first & foremost thank TripAdvisor for being able to locate this non-descript joint located on the first floor of a commercial building, based on reviews. The restaurant served Indian Chinese food - we ordered mixed Hakka noodles, mixed fried rice, chicken Manchurian & chicken Hong Kong. We had asked for food with less of spice and was served accordingly. Really liked the food and the portions were large. A real value for money joint.

One of the first things that one notices about this resort is its curtious and humble staff ( from the front desk manager to the old man who would ward off monkeys using his catapult, while we enjoy the facilities)and spic and span surroundings even though one is right in the middle of a jungle. extremely clean and well mantained cottages. All the meals are an elaborate affair with a wide variety to choose from. My kid freaked out at the adventure zone and so did my husband. Both of them had a fab time. My appreciation also goes out to the lady who used to sit with the kids all afternoon helping them to create something like a golden tree or a paper bag.A special mention for Dinesh who conducts games in the evenings for kids as well as adults and also takes all the necessary precautions when the kids are indulging in all the adventure activities. All in all it has been one of our best experiences ever.Dear Sir,Greetings from Nature Resorts!!!We thank you for visiting Kurumba Village Resort for your holidays in the Nilgiris . Your feedback is important to us in our endeavour to continuously improve our food quality and service standards. We are very happy that you enjoyed our elaborate buffet spread and services. We sincerely look forward to your many more visits in the future. Thanking you and assuring you of our best services at all times. warm regardsNature Resorts Team

Usually, for restaurants in Coonoor one is directed to cross the railway tracks and go towards Bedford. This restaurant is right near Railway gate and less visible due to road winding upwards (towards Tulsi Mall). Excellent non veg dishes and beverages. Table service, neat and clean. Nominal pricing. Courteous service. Beautiful views of main road, Railway Station, Bus stand etc through glass panelled dining hall windows.
