Reviewed By dionmaharaj49My stay was as expected, comfortable, clean, courteous and friendly. Bathrooms were excellent with clean and modern amenities. Front desk staff was welcoming and accommodating, we were also able to choose a room that suited our needs. The breakfast was hot, with a nice variety and plenty to choose from. I will choose to stay here again when I’m in town.

Reviewed By RadrevThe best part of this hotel was the entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt like we mattered as a customer. The breakfast was ok as expected. Our rooms were nice and clean and the AC worked without hiccup. The only ding for this review was some areas had some bad smells.

Reviewed By jimzB7309LMWe came to Fort Lauderdale for a tournament and were originally booked at the Comfort Suites Sawgrass South (wonderful). We realized that our friends were staying at the Comfort in Tamarac and after 2 nights at the Sawgrass South location, transferred to the Comfort Suites Sawgrass in Tamarac. On the plus side, the room was old but clean; the breakfast was supplied with hot and cold items. However, after a few days we noticed something irregular - a lady came to the breakfast area wearing a McDonald shirt and stacking plates full of food to take who knows where? and not just one stack of food but came back for another. Then on our final day there we got in the elevator on the 3rd floor and a child around 10 got on wearing an Academy school shirt and carrying a backpack eating a muffin. Later 4 children were on the elevator with us, all wearing backpacks and school clothes eating breakfast. We watched them walk out of the hotel and down the street. Obviously they were going to school. Now why would someone be going to school from a hotel unless they were living there. And why is a woman working for McDonalds filling plates of food? There were a few other things we saw but it was not a comfortable feeling. Think seriously about staying at this hotel. There are plenty of choices in the area.

Reviewed By 869greUpon my checkout, a alert housekeeping employee "Joan" made sure that my lost car keys were returned to me at checkout. Since I've frequent this location, "Ida" asst front desk mngr. always gives me a feeling of exclusivity and Joan keeps the rooms very clean.

Welcome to the comfort of home. These new rooms couldn't have a more appropriate name. Our InTown Suites Fort Lauderdale has been recently renovated to include new comfort rooms. Think recliner chairs, custom mattress, and seriously legit bedding. We've also added premium TV channels, so much much more storage, and a fully furnished situation that looks like a million bucks. Located on 8191 West Commercial Boulevard, we are close to public transit and everything the city has to offer. The world famous Ft. Lauderdale Beach is only 10 miles away!
