Georgia Express Diner is located right off interstate 20. We stopped here for lunch and enjoyed it. BLT sandwich with hash browns were delicious. Hamburger was also delicious. Service was very friendly and menu is very affordable. Give them a try

When I'm bored and money is tight, I just go cruisin'. On this day, the objective was to take the old street route from Atlanta to the Alabama border. This day I stopped in Tallapoosa before turning back to Atlanta. While walking through the small downtown, saw K and M Coffee.
When I entered the place, I just said "wow"! The decor makes you feel that you've gone back in time. It is warm with chairs and sofas, giving you that feeling that you should sit for a spell and just relax.
They had a good selection of coffees, teas and munchies. The owners son was very knowledgeable about his products and the prices were good.
As a marketing person, I did suggest that the Open sign be lowered, because the overhang that covers the sidewalk obscures the sign. Had I not been walking on the sidewalk I would never have realized it was open, and its right on the main street, where a driver should be able to spot it easily.

I was on the search for baklava and a BlackBerry fried pie. What I found was a couple of cute cupcakes for my grandson to eat at Nana's house. The woman that waited on me was so nice and this was a very clean facility.

OK, it's not the fanciest place you'll eat at. But if you want great pizza or authentic Greek food this is THE place. The pizza crust is scratch made and is perfect. The toppings proportioned perfectly. The result is a wonderful medley of flavor.
Want something different? Try their Chicken Slouvalki of Greek Feta Spaghetti (my personal favorite). These are always tasty and satisfying. Portions are generous so you will not go away hungry.
If they are not too busy chat a bit with George or Linda. They are fantastic people and full of interesting tales.

My family and I always love Backwoods. The food is excellent and the staff is always very friendly. The steak is delicious but I love the hamburger steak with mushrooms, peppers, and onions. My husband loves the catfish. The "possum drops"are a must try!

once upon a time there used to be 3 or 4 places like this one in every small southern town. folks would patronize one or the other and the tradition would carry over to their entire family. for generations you had entire families patronizing one spot for their fast food, chili dogs, burgers, fries and shakes while driving right by all other mom n pop diners. this may be the reason these plans are slipping off america's restaurant landscapes so quickly. the one is the real mccoy. outstanding food, fries were beer battered or claimed tone, burgers were hand patties and chili dogs were off the charts delicious. it was kind of like going over to your aunt sally's house for supper saturday night. she's feed you good, but scold you if you ate the last burger, and whip you if you put a catsup fork into the cole slaw. whether you meant to or not. it was fun eating here. it was quick, it was tasty. and we cannot wait to return

I have eaten at many Waffle Houses across the country. My husband and I stopped in on our way to visit family. The service was excellent . We had our food in a matter of a few minutes and it was cooked just perfect. The resturant was very busy, but all the staff were very attentative. The manager even came to our table to see how the food was. Something we have not experienced at other Waffle House's.
I would recommend this Waffle House and stop in again on our next trip down I 20.

Had the rib eye. It was very poor quality and needed a hand saw to cut it. The twice baked was a joke and had very little taste if any. Most defiantly will never go back.

My mom and I had the Greek chicken salad which was pretty good. Sister had some calzone thing that looked good. For a pizza place, the food was 3.5/5 stars. The atmosphere is a little crummy, just your standard hole-in-the-wall pizza place. Not horrible, not great. Three arcade machines, one is broke. Five soft drinks to choose from. Big selection of wings, pizzas, salads, and subs. Try it if you're bored or passing through, isn't much else around here that isn't a Waffle House.
