Reviewed By davec6551Excellent hotel. Exceptionally clean in the room, public areas, pool area and especially the eating room. The staff are most helpful, friendly and mostly English-speaking. The included breakfast was really good, albeit very Thai which gives the experience of real authenticity. The location also was good for us, about 1.5 kms from the centre of Phuket old town. Also there are several street food “restaurants” within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Liked it so much, we’ve booked again for next year!!!

Reviewed By terrymX3298ZDThis hotel is in a great location, near numerous bars and eateries, and walking distance to the weekend markets, which sells amazing food at amazing prices. To be fair we walked past numerous other modern looking guesthouses, to and from this less than average abode. Firstly, on arrival, at the less than welcoming receptionist, we were ushered within seconds of arrival towards a stiarcase, we had 2 large bags and 2 small/light bags, i took 3 of the bags, my tiny thai girlfriend took another as the rece[tionist lead us up the stairs waiting on us as we struggled with the bags, Not a smile, not an offer of help, nothing except a sullen, hurry up look on her face. Far from a great start, we entered the melting hot room, got handed the key and away she went. Straight away i noticed a hole and a dirty stain on the sheets. I reluctantly returned to the receptionist to explain, after an eye rolling exercise, she came to the room and took a photo, advised us the maid had gone home and it would be fixed the next day, i asked for another room and got the typical thai respnse , oh we are fully booked. Anyway ill wait and see if this gets done. The rooms have the typically tiny bar fridge stacked with all the expensive stuff nobody ever buys, leaving no room for your own items. The tv channels are numerous but hardly any english channels, and half of them dont work anyway. Ironically with a fridge full of drinks for purchase, this place fails to even provide a drinking glass. No drinking facilities whatsoever in fact, not even a kettle? There is one plug beside the one bedside table that you can use to charge stuff. The toilet roll holder came crashing off the wall on our first time of use. The carpet is paper thin and isn't even stuck to the concrete floor, it is seriously raised in some parts causing e genuine tripping hazard. I havent had a shower yet, but it looks less than inviting. On a positive note, the wifi is strong and the air conditioning very good. I am aware this place was cheap, but i at least expect the bare minimum in hospitality and amenities, this hotel has failed on both counts. I wont return, and i am considering getting a refund from expedia, for the next 2 nights i have booked.

Reviewed By azam yHotel is far from the spotlight place like Patong, Phuket town, Karon even Airport. When i reached the hotel is just look like ok and the staff is friendly. Room is too small for two person but well you know when you in Phuket you will see the hotel only in the midnight. Overall you can stay here and rent motorbike you will discover Phuket in different view.

Reviewed By MigsyPThis is a hotel not a boys scout! First couple of times I got my room cleaned, I noticed that half of it wasn't cleaned. Then I found out that the girls cleaning my room are teenagers, really? I've been all over the world! I've stayed at 5 star, 4 star, 3 star, 2 star, 1 star, hostels, bungalows, Airbnb's etc. Can't remember the last time kids cleaned my room. They missed everything, cobwebs in the corners of the laminated flooring, dust on top of the TV, clean the Hob, clean the kitchen drawers, clean the fridge. If I was this establishment I would employ adults with real hospitality experience. I REST MY CASE!

Reviewed By hippozebra- Very comfortable SHA+ hotel for budget Sandboxer like me - Ms. Fay the Manager is very responsive, perfect English (of course), making sure you get all your documents well. I directly booked with her without external site - This branch is in a little alley BUT it’s a smack-downtown Phuket Town! - Phuket Walking Street Night Market 2 mins walk. Long streets of Instagramable Sino Portuguese shophouses in Thanon Thalang & Thanon Phang Nga: 2-3 mins walk (literally next junction). Cafes, restaurants, daily shops, all super convenient! - Everything else in Phuket Town is within walking distance. From Michellin Roti Taew Nam, regular local food court (the uncle knew my usual custom fried rice order), to upper end Japanese restaurants for example. - Bed: clean. If you were like me, the bed was the perfect softness/hardness. Something about a renovated historic building too that makes you sleep till noon. - Overall room: clean. Perfectly functioning room. The decorations and classic Sino-Portuguese architecture were just icing on the cake for me :) - With the declining tourism, I was the only guest after my 3rd day there. Enjoyed the quieteness of the town because of this. - Good price for airport transfer as well

Reviewed By JanR3606Heel aangename ervaring / mooie en propere kamer / vriendelijk personeel / ‘s nachts is er beveiliging / mooie moderne inrichting van het hotel en het restaurant (ook bar) / gratis drankje en hapje aangeboden gekregen / de straat ligt nét iets buiten de drukte maar toch dicht genoeg bij het centrum / redelijk lawaaierige waterval (als ik dan toch een opmerking zou moeten geven). Aanrader!

Okay for a night
Reviewed By 101rudywI had not stayed in hostels for a couple of years so I had to adapt again. The place has only basic facilities, we had a private room and there were no bed linen, only blankets. I found that not clean unfortunately. Otherwise it is really centrally locates and pick up from airport as well as transfer to ferry pier was easy and smooth.

An oasis in Central Phuket
Reviewed By luckylariiNot one for the wild tourist crowds of Patong or other nearby beaches, I was pleased to find a boutique type hotel within 10km of popular Phuket sites that was so beautiful. The gorgeous building aside, it is surrounded by lush tropical gardens that are so serene to sit in and pass the time. By night, the garden is lit up with warm colour and I found myself sitting in the gardens most evenings passing the time with my kindle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with the air conditioning a welcome reprieve from the typical Thailand humidity and heat. Staff here go above and beyond for their patrons and I can’t recommend a better service I have experienced in all of South East Asia. While a new hotel in the area, the old charm of the building and its tasteful decor reveal a wonderful musical aesthetic that is a pleasure to indulge in. In the afternoons you can hear the sound of the piano in the foyer being played by local talents, adding to the class of this establishment. I will 100% be coming back to experience this wonder again and look forward to seeing how this wonderful hotel progresses in the months and years to come.
