Reviewed By bobohungryThe room was clean and very quiet, the food was very good and the executive lounge was very friendly. Personally think that the price is very high, it is recommended to have breakfast in the hotel. It can be seen that this is a well-run Hilton hotel.

Best room for children ever
Reviewed By m_rtap2015When we entered our room in this hotel, my 10-year old daughter went screaming with excitement. It was a junior suite with a Hello Kitty bed, an indian tent and lots of toys. I have never seen such a great room for kids in any hotel. She felt at home and that made our trip so much easier. We were given a plate of fresh fruits in the room every day. The room and bathroom were both impecably clean. Food at breakfast was abundant in variety and good quality. Buffet dinners were not that great. It was very difficult to communicate with the Front Desk staff due to their very poor English, but they did their best to accommodate our requests.

Reviewed By AndyGowlandI stayed in this hotel in 2013 for 8 nights and our room was great and the staff were great but I have to admit that the room was a little unclean. Myself and my family returned to Taizhou in October this year (2015) and after a brief closure, new owner and a refurbishment I have to say that there has been a massive improvement. We stayed for a total of 10 nights to visit friends and family and the room we had was fantastic, 2 good sized beds, good Wi-Fi and hardwired internet access,the room was spotless and possibly one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in whist in China. We were delivered fresh fruit, water, toiletries, towels, water and milk everyday. There were English speaking members of staff when we needed them and they were always polite and courteous. My favourite thing is the name, it's very easy to say to a taxi driver and they all know it so I never had any problems with getting home after a night out. It's also in a great location very close to the district center with plenty of shops and restaurants close by and only a short taxi journey from my local pub there ''Luckys Pub'' We will definatley be staying there again next year. Massive thumbs up from myself and my family.

The real smell of mildew

This was a nightmare ... the smell of mildew was very strong in the rooms, very dirty and the carpet full of stains. Even my colleagues were in the same situation. Old style with rooms overlooking a pond of stagnant water. Away from restaurants and with poor service.

Reviewed By matfen3had a 5 night booking here due to high standard reviews, very disappointing, stayed 1 night and left,,,,,No record of our booking on arrival, insisted I must have a tourist visa argued for 15 minutes re this,receptionist very rude, I have a resident visa Im not a tourist, insisted I pay 5 nights in advance, said I want to inspect room, bad smell on entry, dirty cigarette burned carpets, rotting wood work in bathroom, computer set up on desk but it doesnt work, 2 ashtrays and matches in a NON SMOKING room, WHY?As it was late we had dinner there was ok, breakfast was included in price we arrived 1 hour before closing time, No bread to make toast, No coffee only cold tea, very poor selection of cold foods, staff were packing things away when we walked in overall not a nice place to stay, the name says it all, Its TIME, Time to renovate, Time to renew Time to train staff its TIME has come
