Born from the fusion of the best flavors of Mexico, recipes, spices, sauces and food Tabasquena; selected with a special ion seafood .. Offering an attractive menu .. And at the best price in the city of Villahermosa .... !!
After many good local reviews of El Pez on Pescaderia, I decided to visit the restaurant myself on my next visit to Villahermosa. And boy, what a great Tabasquenan gourmet experience! The restaurant is on a Tabasquenian traditional Palapa setting, you enter the space and it is clean, peaceful, and welcoming; with good parking space on a shaded area (it can get very hot in summer months) with abundant trees. As soon as you arrive, the owner, Jose Luis, is ready to welcome you to the restaurant. He would offer to you a taste of the Caldo de Marisos (shelfish broth) and tell you the specialties of the day while handing out the menu for you and your party, he is happy to explain the dishes and natural-fruit drinks to you.The menu is colorful, funny and original; it shows photos of some of the main El Pez on Pescaderia dishes. I was surprised of their creative and original way to mix fish-shelfish dishes with local Tabasquenian food. The portions are very well served, I started with Empanadas de Chipilin Rellenas de Pejelagarto (4 empanadas). And my main dish was Tostadas de Ceviche de Robalo (3 tostadas), they were delicious! and truly unique, instead of regular tortilla, they come on a Toston (tosted plantain size of a large tortilla). My dad ordered a Filete de Pescado Relleno de Mariscos, it was scrumptious!A true pleasure to have visited El Pez on Pescaderia, I will definitely come back with friends and family on my return to Villahermosa.

Seafood restaurant with local ingredients. Fast and good service. The best is the price, not that expensive. Try to make reservation or arrive early, this place can become crowded.

Brasa & Oyster Mariscos
I had some really great fish here. Other smaller things, like ship tacos or empanadas were also really well done. They didn't have a couple of the "fish of the day" items listed on their menu, and they seemed to be replace with more expensive options, but everything was very delicious and the service was great about explaining my options. My spanish is somewhat limited, but they were patient and helped me figure out their options.

I went to El Reyna every weekend since before it was el reyna, I love the food, and love the decor. The reason I do not give it full rating is because it became REALLY EXPENSIVE for the food. I feel it decrease the portions and increased the price. Anyway, if you go (and you should) try the taco el reyna and tostada zipolite with a coffee in th end!!!

Jangada restaurante se creó en agosto del 2003, su nombre está inspirado en las embarcaciones que se usan para la pesca en Brasil y por ello es sigo que representa la inmensa variedad de frutos de mar que nuestros comensales pueden degustar. Somo el único
Our favorite restaurant in Villahermosa. Each time we pass this city, a visit is mandatory.A vast buffet of seafood salads, hot and cold dishes with several soups, main courses and friendly and efficient staff makes it always a superb choice.During the years we have visited this place, we never had a bad expierience. For a fixed price you can eat all you can. We never have been disapointed by one of the dishes. Certainly, it is a bit pricy and you have to pay extra for the drinks, but it is worth it.Ample parking space makes it easy to arrive with your own car.The restaurant closes at 8 pm, so be early.I checked the option of "fine dining" in the price range on behalf it is quite expensive, but there is no dining in this restaurant. Perhaps the administrator of this side can add another box which will fit better the price criteria.

The place is a bit far away for Villahermosa and is also located in a ânot so greatâ neighborhood but the food is worth the drive and location. Everything has a beautiful presentation and tastes amazing. We tried octopus, tuna, the âtortilla gratinadaâ and some artisanal beer and loved everything. I really recommend you take the short trip to try this joint.
