Our stay at Burj on Bay was amazing, the service, the hospitality, the room, the view, the breakfast were amazing. BUT our pool experience was bad, we had a little problem, we waited about 45min to just bring us a parasol because I can't be exposed to the sun in my first trimester of pregnancy, on the other hand there were 2 long chairs clear and a parasol closed with no stuff on the chairs showing that its taken but the bartender said to us that it was for a couple with him on the bar knowing that this kind of treating clients are not good for the hotel specially that all clients should be equally treated.

Aphrodite Hotel is a stylish luxury hotel with beautiful spacious guest rooms and suites that was renovated in 2015. Not to forget the rooftop restaurant-bar where you can relax and enjoy a panoramic ocean and mountain view. Personalized attention from our multi-lingual professionally trained staff, as well as our prime location that is only few minutes away from Casino Du Liban.
Beautiful hotel in strategic spot in Tabarja next to restaurants, pharmacies, super night clubs, and Casino Du liban. I had a suite room, which was very spacious, view on the sea, lovely big Jacuzzi, and comfortable bed. Staff were were friendly and cooperative, I was very comfortable. Recommended for a short stay especially if you want to stay around Tabarja/Junieh area.

The room had serious hygiene issues. Hair everywhere and minimal accommodation (no toilet paper or tissues). There is no view (unless you call a construct site a "view"). Also, there were noisy guests who had speakers that played till 4 AM and nothing was done about it. Locks are flimsy too. And finally, hotel restaurant/room service is way too overpriced for the bland quality. Would not Recommend!!

Id go as far as saying this is the worst stay of my entire life. I honestly dont know where to begin here: 1. Greeting was incredibly unprofessional 2. Used tissue pack in the room (covid issue) 3. No towels in the room or in the pool 4. Stinky fridge that was not even plugged 5. Not a single staff member wearing a mask 6. Room came with breakfast that later turned out to be paid 7. They charged 15% service fees on all deliveries to the hotel without informing me 8. Pool dirty on both days, filters turned on at 11:30 am, no smell of disinfectants (covid issue) 9. Incredibly unprofessional checkout, we handed the key and the guy said ok. Non of that "how was your stay?" Or "lets see you again soon". 10. No WIFI This is the first time i stay in a hotel to clear my mind, and i couldnt wait to leave. No management, no customer service, no care whatsoever. The sad part is, the property is beautiful and has great potential. Clearly, the hotel business is not for everyone.
