This was our second visit to deVita. The first a few years ago. This visit was with my family for my daughters 19th birthday. I booked online. Upon arrival it was clear the restaurant was in chaos. The manger appeared out of his depth. 20 mins after arriving we were seated. The manger had clearly moved table numbers as throughout the evening we were being offered someone elseâs orders. Total chaos. Then onto the food. Average at best. The carbonara special was over cooked and âgluggyâ. There was one staff member who clearly was embarrassed at the mess and apologised to us for the chaos blaming a large number of new staff. Why put new staff on a sat night? Very disappointing. I'm sorry that you waited some minutes before sitting. Nobody was out of his depth, we were just very busy as we are every day. You've been offered someone's else food because one waiter gave you a wrong table number, but it doesn't seem a big problem, as they brought that food back and you got what you ordered. I'm sorry that you didn't like it, we are a very successful restaurant because we do our best to increase our food quality and service every day. You've been victim of a new waiter who assigned you a wrong table (yes, why we put new staff on saturday? Because we got two guys sick, we had no choice), but you know what? I don't feel like blaming the new guys, I'm sure they worked hard and made their best. If you complained about your bad experience at that very moment, we would have done everything possible to make you happy. If you want to give us another chance I'm sure you'll change your mind. Feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we'll give you a special gift to make things right.

The Apollo is an Australian Greek restaurant that draws on the joint heritage and professional success of Jonathan Barthelmess in partnership with Longrain's Sam Christie with a keen eye to detail and the flavours of the mediterranean. Located in Potts Po
Had a great meal here some months ago so brought my family. I really like the ambiance, I always sit at the bar. My thoughts are the food and service has slipped this time. We still had some great dishes like the calamari and orzo in oxtail broth, both were very nice. I specifically asked the waiter before I ordered if the sardines were fresh. I got that 'are you out of your mind of course its fresh' look and when it arrived it was horrible. There is nothing worse than fish that is off, everyone in my party was put off by the taste. We sent it back and told them not to bother with another batch.I'm not sure we will be back, its not because of one bad dish. The entire experience was not what it was the first couple of times we came. I do still like sitting at the bar though!

We did enjoy our family dinner here. Local oysters, buratta and peach salad, risotto, John Dory - all went well. Strawberry patch for dessert just evaporated from the plate:). Hi there! Thank you for your review, our Strawberry Patch dessert has a habit of just disappearing! Look forward to having you back in to dine with us soon.

We got takeaway from here to eat on the beach and it was great. Very tasty. I had the lamb wrap with onion, tomato, tzatziki and chips and it was delicious. My wife had the chicken salad which was also excellent. Also had a cheeky piece of baclava which was moist and sweet as it should be.Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a positive review. It has been shared with all the staff. We hope to serve you again soon! Team Kazzi

Looking down over the iconic Bondi Beach, the Tratt is a true Sydney local. For 32 years this restaurant has served modern Italian food made from the best Australian ingredients and a full bar offering Australian and Italian wines, spirits and liqueurs. U
The Bondi restaurant scene is constantly changing, but the Tratt remains a reliable local favourite. After the most recent facelift itâs cooler and more expensive than before. But the prices are still reasonable, the service is high standard, and the food ranges from good to very good. If in doubt, the pizzas and pasta never disappoint. Thanks for your kind words. We took over the Tratt just over two years ago now and we did give it a little facelift, but we wanted the space to continue being relaxed, but professional and overall welcoming. Somewhere for a fancy date night, somewhere for a bowl of pasta and a glass of wine, somewhere for a breezy breakfast, and many things in between. We make pasta in house now, and the sourdough culture for our pizzas is two years strong now too. We hope we're not too cool though! Thanks again, we look forward to welcoming you again soon at the Tratt.

Had dinner here with 7 friends. Was excited at the set dinner menu.Canât fault the food (5/5)However, the service and delay in drink orders (sometimes needing 3 reminders) was hugely disappointing. They could benefit from a great manager that can instil some really good service principles in the wait and bar staff (1/5).Also had issues with a final bill - they added a compulsory gratuity.Overall disappointing. Giving this place a 3/5 ratingThank you for your feedback.

The newly renovated restaurant looks fabulous with its fresh coastal blue & white stripe decor. We enjoyed a delicious degustation dinner in the fine dining restaurant overlooking the beach through to the heads. The food was extremely well presented, creative and innovative. Every dish was delicious which we totally enjoyed. We also found the staff to be friendly and attentive. Itâs certainly not cheap however for a special occasion it was worth every cent. The ambience, atmosphere and food makes Bathers a top-notch fine dining experience.

Modern, elegant wine bar in the heart of Double Bay, with delicious food using the best local produce, exceptional wines and friendly service.
I was lucky enough to attend a third birthday dinner for Bibo Wine Bar this week. Not only do they have a highly original and unique selection of fabulous wines but these pair so effortlessly with their delicious food menu. Everything is a perfect match.Dinner was a selection of share plates starting with entree style smoked salmon pâté, the incredibly delicious scallop cru & finger lime, runner bean fitters, and the piri piri aubergine and the mouth watering Flambé chorizo. This was followed by the equally mouth watering main size Suckling Pig with Fennel, persimmon & pomegranate. We finished this with a quince & bergamot tart followed my mini Portuguese tarts straight out of the oven. All of this was with matching wines by the glass perfectly chosen from Portugal to Australia. All in all this was a wonderful evening. I would highly recommend Bibo Wine Bar for anything from a special dinner for two to a large group booking for a celebration. Either way you will be looked after and will have a truly special dinning experience.

We dined with friends and we had been prepared for a great experience and we werenât disappointed! The host âwelcomed us homeâ, provided us with rose water to wash our hands and was attentive throughout the evening. Our meals were delicious and one of our party has many allergies so his meal was brilliantly catered for! This BYO restaurant is a real gem. We would revisit in a flash!
